Rye Beach House with Heated Pool · Sleeps 9

Our beach house sits in a lovely quiet pocket of Rye on the Blairgowrie border. The beach is a 15 minute walk, and the cafés, shops and IGA in Blairgowrie are a 2 minute drive or a 30 minute stroll. We have a Type 2 EV charger (Tesla) available to charge your car onsite.

INSIDE
The house is fully renovated and equipped with premium appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine and a well-stocked kitchen for cooking for a crowd. The open-plan living and dining area opens straight onto the deck, with a gas fireplace and a Samsung Frame TV for cooler nights. High-speed Wi-Fi runs throughout, with Netflix, Kayo and Apple TV.

SLEEPING (up to 9)
- Main bedroom: king bed with ensuite
- Second bedroom: queen bed
- Third bedroom: bunks with a roll-out trundle (3 singles)
- Study: double sofa bed and desk
All mattresses are high quality for a great night's sleep, and all linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided.

TRAVELLING WITH KIDS
We have a porta-cot, bassinet, highchair, change mat and stroller for you to use, plus toys and board games for the kids (and adults).

OUTDOORS
The huge backyard is made for summer. The in-ground pool is 8m x 4m and 1.2m deep, heated by heat pump to 32 degrees, with a new filtration system that uses very low levels of chlorine for a much more comfortable swim. The pool is heated from November to March/April, depending on weather.

The large deck and pergola-covered alfresco area have a 5-burner BBQ and an outdoor dining table that seats 10, and there are pool toys, balls and outdoor games to keep everyone busy.

OUTSIDE SUMMER
In the cooler months, the gas fireplace makes the house a cosy base for the Peninsula Hot Springs, local golf courses and the Red Hill wineries, all a short drive away. The study makes it easy to work remotely for a longer stay.

HOUSE RULES
This is a quiet neighbourhood and we keep it that way. No parties or events, no schoolies or end-of-year celebration groups, and a maximum of 9 guests. The person booking must be 25 or over and staying at the property. Breaching these rules may result in cancellation or being asked to leave without refund.
