Spring Creek Lake House is a "Beachy" home two blocks from the lake providing great access to boating, swimming and any other lake activity you may want to do. It is located in the community of Sanders Island View and is a short walk to the water’s edge where you will find a sandy beach, a boat ramp and a dock. Standing there on the beach you can view two of Lake Texoma’s island - a popular place for boater.
This 3 bedroom 2 bath (and loft the 4th bedroom) three story lake house sleeps 12 people confortably. There is a loft with bunk beds/trundle for the kids, 3 bedrooms with 1 King bed and 2 queen beds, and a queen sofa bed in the living room. There is also 2 full bathroom with tubs and shower combination. A full kitchen with all the amenities - Enjoy your coffee in the morning on the west deck where you can spot wildlife in the neighboring trees and in the afternoon lounge on the large east deck where there is plenty of shade and room to relax to watch the activity on the lake.
Located on a corner ½ acres lot, a circle drive gives you plenty of parking and room to maneuver a trailer. The outdoor space has a fenced yard and a gas grill for your outdoor cooking. The bottom level also has a 10x8 Safe Room for those occasional Oklahoma storms!

We started this journey twelve years ago when looking for a B&B – although we never found our perfect B&B, we did find a perfect location that we loved to getaway year after year. Thus we invested in building a Lake home here at Sanders’ Island View. This is a quiet community during the week, but it is jumping on the weekends and holidays!
The home is decorated in a “beachy” vibe with cool beach colors and all stainless steel appliances. It's truly everything you could want in a vacation or just a weekend getaway. Please treat our home as if it were your own and journal your memories (or difficulties) and let us know how we did. We hope you have a wonderful time!

Why they chose this property

The Sanders Island View is a neat little community. We wanted to make this a very unique place to stay so we decided to make it truly a Beach House on stilts. The plans did change to enclose the bottom into a large garage/storage and safe room. The large decks and wonderful views of the lake are the ultimate reason we absolutely love this location!

What makes this property unique

We are on a ½ acre corner lot that will give our guests plenty of room for all their lake toys. It is a short walk to the beach where there is so many thing to do – one may be to 'catch' a beautiful sunset!
