This 2 bedroom apartment delights all who see it~! We did a full renovation - gutted the apartment to the studs, added a skylight, redesigned the layout, entirely new everything. Easy access to your ground level apartment...park right outside and walk your things just a few steps to within. Enjoy the sunny light through the skylight and clear roofing over the porch. Relax in your cozy living room with new dine-in, fully equipped kitchen, ready to satisfy your culinary desires, complete with a dishwasher. Step outside and throw some steaks on the barbeque, lounge in the adirondack chairs, or dine at the outdoor table. Mt Sopris is visible from the patio, though might be shrouded with foliage from the shade of the massive Box Elder tree. Watch the kids or pups play in the grass of your huge fenced and landscaped yard If Main Street is calling you, just slide your shoes on and head to town...many fine restaurants from Fatbelly Burgers grab n go, to a few blocks away....delicious dining at Town, Phat Thai, Allegria and Mi Casita, to elaborate cocktails at Marble Distillery. Really fine dining/socializing with the total casual experience....you'll have to stay long enough to try them all. Further down the street you'll find Peppino's Pizza, White House Pizza and the Dandelion Food Coop....farm to table groceries. Carbondale has great Sushi, BBQ, European and Thai themed restaurants, nearly walking distance away. Once sated, come home and relax once again with your Smart Samsung TV where you can watch from the soft and supple leather couch, or surf/stream using the wifi. The TV can swivel so you can watch the morning news from the kitchen while you cook breakfast.

The apartment is ideal for 2 couples, or a family of 4. Each room has a queen bed with luxury linens, soft carpeting, solar roller shades and curtains. We also have folding twin mattresses (please request to borrow them, or the pack n play) should you be 2 couples with small children. We can accommodate a max of 6 people. The couch is not a sleeper, although you might find yourself napping there!

We have an extendable glass dining table....set generally for 4, but it can be extended to seat 6. The lighting in the kitchen dining area can be adjusted to be just the dining light or add the under counter/cabinet lights. Just about all lighting in the apartment can be dimmed....bright enough to read by or dimmed for relaxation and use wall task lights.

You'll be charmed by all of the original artwork....and by the attention to detail. We pride ourselves on comfort and convenience, offering everything you might need, and some things you might not know you need! We also have 'borrowing' items: twin mattress pads for the floor, a pack n play and a Ninja blender. Let us know if you would like to reserve them for your stay.

Way more than a hotel room with in-town convenience, for a hotel room price~! Can't beat that~!
