Lots of space! Close to the beach! Swimming pool!
Lovely historic home with lots of space built it 1888. Large kitchen, large backyard, garage, swimming pool, super fast WiFi, and TVs in every room. Strategically located near all things fun at the Jersey shore. 10 minutes from the beach. 20 minutes from Six Flags Great Adventure. Super close to Asbury Park, Belmar, and Point Pleasant Boardwalks. 1 mile from Allaire State Park with best mountain bike trails in the area. 10 golf courses within 5 miles. Fun for family/friends and great for kids!
Before booking please look over the following house rules:
Please do not book if you are intending on throwing a party.
Booking guests must be at least 30 years old.
Number of actual guests must match listed guests. There is a 10 adult maximum.
Guests must be considerate of the neighbors and not be loud at night.
There is a 5 vehicle parking limit for the driveways on the property and no parking vehicles on the grass.
A signed liability waiver is required by ALL guests that would like to use the pool/trampoline/property.
No house parties.
No smoking inside the house.
No fires on the property.
Please straighten up, bring garbage out, do any dishes, and strip beds (put linen in laundry room) before you leave. Please don’t use metal utensils on non-stick pots/pans.
