I Only rent one side at a time- you can book both sides if want more space!!!!! Up too 14 people- Just ask how

Sawtooth Hawk beach is a duplex located on Lake Placid, the best lake to go fishing, jet skis, tubing or just take an afternoon cruise around the lake and soak up the Florida Sun. Can rent one side or the whole house depending on your needs. Each side is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, the master bedrooms have an exceptional view of the lake, just a few yards from the boat ramp. Golf course nearby, either coast is just a little over an hour away, Orlando is 2 hours away and Lego Land just under an hour away. Definitely can help out with boat or jet ski rentals, just ask.

Sawtooth Hawk Beach was a great place to relax and unwind. The beach was perfect for the kids and dog. We enjoyed the large screened in porch. The house was clean and well equipped. The host was very friendly and responsive.

4th of July family vacay

This property was perfect for our family vacation! We rented both sides and had a great time. Everything was very clean with plenty of room for us all. The littles loved the sandy area and the dock was great for the boat. Chris takes great care of his place and was a wonderful host!

Very beautiful and Quite

This was are first time staying in a house it was the best experience we had, so we will definitely be back cause we have family that lives there. The pictures doesn’t do it’s just. It’s very beautiful! It has a very nice porch that you can just sit and relax by the lake. The owner responded very quickly.

Loved our stay!

We were in town for the Spartan race weekend and wanted a place that would allow us to recharge after each race while also enjoying amenities that a hotel couldn't provide. We LOVED the morning sunrises on the water and enjoyed bonfires on the beach each night. We booked both sides and it was perfect for our group to be able to use both kitchens while also having the shared space out back on the patio and beach area.

Excellent Place for large families

Enjoyed the large patio for dining; and the long dock for fishing. Beach area was clean and great for the young ones to swim. The inside is large and open with enough seating for everyone, on bad weather days.
