The property was well placed and ideally suited to our needs.
Unfortunately when sitting outside at the front there was a strong smell of sewage from the drains, we could only use the back area to sit out in, which was the parking area.
The accommodation was not very clean and was cluttered with owner’s belongings.
We slept on the bed settee due to small double bed in bedroom (my husband is a tall man). I loved the area but would not stay in the same accommodation.
The upside Joel was really nice and helpful, left us a bottle of fizzy rose.
Séjour magnifique, trop court hélas !Donc à refaire...mais plus long !!Accueil et appartement, tout a été parfait, y compris un superbe feu d'artifice tiré juste en face sur la mer !Un grand merci à Joël !
Très bel appartement, neuf,belle decoration,tout a été pensé pour le confort des vacanciers.
Superbe vue,et surtout sans oublier l acceuil que nous a réservé Joël Ferré,professionnel et très à l'écoute, disponible,encore merci.
Accueil chaleureux et ponctualité ...le gîte correspondait aux photos présentées , situation superbe , face à la mer , très bien insonorisé , et proche du centre ville pour faire tout à pied , je recommande vivement et y reviendrai !
Les +: logement parfaitement entretenu, literie de qualité, cuisine équipée avec tout ce qu'il faut, très jolie vue mer. Les -: la table de la terrasse côté mer est beaucoup trop petite pour y manger à 4 et même un peu juste pour 2. Il faut aller chercher celle de l'autre terrasse qui est très lourde. Il n'y a que 2 chaises par terrasse, ce qui est insuffisant pour 4 à moins de les transporter. Enfin, celles de la terrasse côté parking sont très inconfortables pour manger. La décoration ne nous a pas vraiment plu, mais ce n'est pas grave. Il faut payer pour tous les suppléments: draps, serviettes, ménage, late check-out.
Un grand merci au propriétaire pour sa convivialité et sa sympathie. Logement à proximité du centre ville avec une belle vue sur la mer, très propre et une jolie décoration. Avec un atout la place de parking privé. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cet appartement.
Appartement très bien situé face à la mer et à deux pas du centre ville. Par ailleurs tout était parfait a l'intérieur, rien ne manquait et Joël est très accueillant et très sympathique.
Nous reviendrons sans doute.
Appartement très agréable, bien équipé. Parking privé, terrasse sur la façade et à l'arrière mais nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu en profiter car la météo n'était pas de la partie..

Bel appart, bien conçu, agréable, fonctionnel avec facilité de parking. Juste un petit bémol, très mauvaise réception de la télé, ce qui est certes un peu ennuyeux l'hiver.
Lit confortable, jolie vaisselle, Bien Bien. bon contact avec Joël.
