Lake of the Ozarks newly remodeled apartment on Catalina Bay Drive, Sunrise Beach MO.  Features 1 bedroom with King size bed, sofa bed in the living area, 1 bath with shower and jetted tub. This apartment offers a quiet peaceful setting. It includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, jetted tub in large bathroom. This is a 2nd tier apartment, it is not a lake front property. When the trees are in full bloom the view of the lake is blocked. It is close to the lake about 60 yards. Upon approval from 6 Star Mgmt, owners approve their dock to be used for swimming and great fishing if they are not using it. Available 10x24 boat slip, $35 per night.

Amenities
Upon approval, when owners are not using their dock for their use then they welcome guest staying in the cottage to use the dock for fishing and swimming in the lake. Quiet neighborhood cove. Trailer parking available and boat tie up along side of dock.  Our location by land is on the West Side of the lake on Shawnee Bend II. Bikini Pier nearby in cove offers Boat and PWC Rentals with Para-sailing. Short drive by land to excellent west side restaurants and new Wood's Super Market. A short 20 minute drive to Osage Beach for shopping, dining, and night life.

This home is in a quiet family neighborhood area, not for a loud party atmosphere, no bachelor/bachelorette parties. Quiet hours 12:00pm-8:00am.

Well kept little getaway

Nice little spot, perfect for us to stay in during a couple of days visiting friends at the lake. Everything was clean and neighborhood was quiet. The only thing missing was coffee grounds so we had to drive a bit for our morning pick me up. Would definitely return!
