Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom beach cottage right on the border of Bay Head, NJ. Bike, walk, or drive 1/2 mile to the quaint town of Bay Head and her beautiful beaches and parks. A quick and easy stroll to town. 1.5 miles to Point Pleasant Beach, Jenkinson's Boardwalk and Aquarium.

This cottage has everything new: including an outdoor shower and deck for outdoor dining. Newly renovated kitchen, bathrooms, & washer/dryer. It's a casual, comfy beach cottage with simple but very nice amenities. There is a deli across the street and we are around the corner from the Barnegat Bay and canal. Kids love to fish and go crabbing in this area.

Wonderful Beach vacation to end the summer.

We really enjoyed staying at Bay Heaven. It was the best way to end our summer. Nancy is a wonderful host who helps make your stay as perfect as possible. Her house was in a great location and very clean when we arrived. We look forward to trying to stay there again next summer. Melissa

Lovely home in beautiful Bay Head!

We stayed at Nancy’s beautiful clean home for two weeks. It’s in a convenient location a short walk / drive into town or the beach. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Dream Shore Vacation!

The house was perfect for our family. It is a wonderful shore house, fully equipped with everything we needed for our vacation. The house is newly renovated, very nice comfortable furnishings and fully stocked with all of our needs. The location is ideal, walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach!

Wonderful beach vacation with kids

I grew up going to the South Jersey Shore and we wanted to explore the shore in North Jersey. This property is in a great location. Close to the village of Bay Head and a short walk to the beach. We stayed for 2 weeks with a 2.5 year old and newborn and the house was perfect. We were also about 2 blocks away from a great park we could take my son to. The house was so nice, clean, and extremely accurate from the pictures and the info the owner provided. Great size bedrooms & an amazing outdoor shower that I wanted to stay in all day! The family room was the perfect size for all of us to relax and we loved to hang out at night on the back deck. Nancy gave some extremely helpful tips for what to bring and what was already at the property and available to use. She didn’t miss a thing! We love this house and the memories it gave us with our growing family and we hope to vacation here again next summer!!

Lucky to find this property on short notice. Lovely home both in and out with all the amenities and plenty of space. Location was excellent. Short walk to Bay Head and beach. Deck and outside shower gave it a real summer vacation rental feel. Owners were very helpful with our move in and out. Ideal for family of 4 looking for that easy getaway. Thanks!

A Perfect Getaway

This home provided my family with a wonderful mini trip during Covid times! The home was very clean, had a wonderful layout, and great location. It was easy to get to the beach and restaurants in both Bay Head and Point Pleasant. Nancy, the homeowner, made the entire process effortless. She also checked in with us to ensure that there were no problems and/or questions. This home is well maintained and it shows. I highly recommend it for a great stay at the Jersey shore. I would book it again!

Clean home and great location, but it's the little things that made it great!

Our stay at Nancy’s house in Bay Head was terrific and relaxing. From the cleanliness of the home when we arrived, to the days of great weather Nancy ordered for us, we had a great time. It was the little things that I think made our stay even more enjoyable- the portable speaker available, the beach badges included in the cost of the stay, and the SmartTV already logged in to Netflix/Showtime/etc… Nancy and her family have really thought of everything. We ate most of our meals on the back deck, and the home being within walking or biking distance of the famous Mueller’s Bakery and beach access was also huge plus! We rarely felt the need to leave Bridge Ave at all- even a supermarket is a few miles up the road on Bridge. I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend to friends looking for a low-key place to vacation.

The best time in Bay Head!

Nancy and Tom were the BEST hosts!! From the moment we booked the rental, they reached out to get to know us and provide their details so we could easily communicate leading up to our arrival. The house was bright and clean when we arrived – even flowers on the table! – and we felt immediately at home. Nancy and Tom left us clear instructions on anything we needed (the grill, cleaning supplies, garbage pick up, etc.) and anything we weren’t sure of, they responded quickly over text message. The house is beautiful, perfect for a small family or 2-3 couples on a getaway. We spent nearly all of our time outside on the deck – the backyard is so peaceful and the deck is large and comfortable. There is also a lot of lawn space, plenty of room for Spike Ball or cornhole. On the few nights that it rained, we were cozy in the airy living room, there is tons of space to hang out. The kitchen is fully stocked – we had no problem making breakfast/lunch/dinner and there is plenty of storage space for pantry goods. And our favorite part of the outdoor space – the outdoor shower! Amazing water pressure and the best feeling in the world after a day at the beach. The location is IDEAL – the beach is a half mile away, an easy walk or a very quick bike ride. We never had to worry about getting beach passes, as the home came with four, which was a huge plus for us. Along the way to the beach, you pass the adorable main drag of Bay Head. While we did not visit any of the restaurants due to COVID, they are picturesque and we can’t wait to come back to try them. The beach is extremely clean, and lifeguards are on duty daily. We spent a lot of time walking through the main drag and the rest of town – everyone is friendly and there is a great beachy feel. There are grocery and drug stores close by, and the fish market across the street is FANTASTIC, both for fresh fish (we grilled some amazing grouper) and for takeout. While we were staying at the home, we had FOUR people working all day, on computers, laptops, iPads, iPhones – the WiFi did not cut out once! And the AC was strong – there was a massive heat wave during our stay, but we were comfortable inside the whole time. The door’s coded lock system also made it super easy for us to go in and out, as we did not have to worry about keys. All in all, it was a FABULOUS three weeks at the Jersey Shore – we felt so comfortable in Tom and Nancy’s home and we can’t wait to visit again!!!
