Caro para o que oferece, diversos problemas pela casa .

Localização é ótima, checkin/checkout bem prático , os cômodos estavam limpos, e organizados . A casa tem um bom freezer grande na churrasqueira . Porém jamais pagaria esse preço numa casa dessa . Várias Goteiras, cadeiras quebradas, um guarda sol era uma tampa de caixa d’água, o outro estava quebrado, utensílios velhos sujos e improvisados A piscina não foi limpa nenhum dia , nos últimos dois dias a água já estava verde . Um dia um senhor tentou arrumar as goteiras mas nada adiantou . Pia da churrasqueira com vazamento (eu mesmo arrumei o cano ), registro do chuveiro quebrado (eu mesmo arrumei). Um balanço improvisado na varanda no qual uma das crianças sentou e se esborrachou no chão . Resumindo : um monte de problemas e improvisos pela casa .

Lazer em familia

Passamos dias bem divertidos. Eu e minha familia, curtimos bastante a piscina, o quintal e o balanço! Minhas filhas ficaram encantadas com as tartarugas!!O local e muito agradável.
