Lux Green Garden is a newly renovated, spacious apartment in one of the top neighborhoods in Split just steps away from the Marjan Hill - the largest green zone in the city. It is very peaceful and quiet but still only 5 to 10 minutes by walk from Diocletian's Palace and Riva promenade. Two bicycles are available for guests.

The flat consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped and modern kitchen, toilet, bathroom and a beautiful garden. it has an air condition system and flat screen TV. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has twin beds. Guests have access to free WiFi internet and cable TV.

Excellent apartment in a nice neighbourhood of Split. Easy to walk to the old town and main sites. The apartment was perfect for our family of four with good sized rooms and a nice courtyard garden. Host was very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend.

Best location is Split. A short walk to everything - Marijana Park, Old Town, great restaurants, and more. Outdoor space was great and the apartment was perfect for four people. Host's son gave us great recommendations for seafood and pizza.

Great place with beautiful furnishings

The place is private and cool and has a lovely garden. The hosts are friendly and helpful and the place is clean and well-appointed. They left treats for us too!

Great location in Split

Near to Split city centre and Marjan Hill, both in walking distance. Was a great place to stay for our family with two kids. Nice clean place with all the kitchen amenities. Amazing hosts, they were all extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend it as a base to visit Split!

Fabulous Stay

Berna and Family were fantastic hosts. They made us feel so welcome and the strudel and welcome pack were very much appreciated. The apartment is in a great location just a 15 minute walk from Split centre which is ok on the way down but If you are not good with hills definitely get an uber back. Would definitely stay again

Peaceful Haven

Great week experiencing Split, based in this lovely appartment. Clean, equipped, set in lovely gardens. Located so things are easy to walk to but far enough so you feel like you're escaping the August madness. Good comms before trip, lovely friendly hosts.

Super séjour

Appartement très propre, spacieux avec un bel extérieur. Climatisation très appréciée avec la canicule... Emplacement ideal pour visiter split et son centre ville. Parking facile et gratuit dans le secteur. Propriétaires très très sympathiques et chaleureux. Disponibles pour nous donner des informations. Toute la famille nous a accueilli à bras ouverts.. Même loly, le petit chien 😉 Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Erholsame Auszeit - sehr herzliche Vermieter

Auf Grund ungeplanter Ereignisse mussten wir unseren Urlaubsstart leider etwas verschieben. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin Berna zeigte dabei größtmögliches Verständnis und war absolut flexibel und kam uns wo nur möglich entgegen. Auch eine verspätete Anreise stellt kein Problem da. Somit hatten wir einen super Start in den Urlaub und konnten Unterkunft und Umgebung genießen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes bekamen wir nützliches Tipps, hatten einen bereichernden Austausch mit der Familie, wurden hin und wieder kulinarisch versorgt oder bekamen Kostproben von landestypischen Getränken :) Unsere Tochter war sehr angetan von dem kleinen süßen Beagle. Die Unterkunft selbst ist einwandfrei, die Lage fanden wir super. Der Berg Marjan ist nicht weit entfernt, ebenso wunderschöne Aussichtspunkte auf die Stadt. Auch ist man in recht kurzer Zeit an der Riva oder mit dem Auto wieder aus der Stadt raus. Für uns war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, wir würden hier gerne wieder herkommen und empfehlen diese Unterkunft auch Freunden und Familie weiter.

Die organisatorische Unterstützung durch die Vermieterin war wirklich optimal. Während des Aufenthaltes bekamen wir wertvolle Tipps und Empfehlungen im Hinblick auf Lokale. Wir wurden mit lokalen Spezialitäten verwöhnt.
