2/2 Beachfront inside Wyndham Resort, Puerto Rico

This beachfront apartment is right on the beach and the closest one to the Wyndham Hotel. (100 feet). It is completely updated (2022) , New floors, ceilings, lightings, kitchen, bedrooms , bathrooms etc!! We are working on all using natural, enviromental but elegant & Top quality furniture. The Beach is in front of the apartment and 2 pools. 13 clay courts and 2 18-hole golf course. Rain forest 7 minutes away with waterfalls and trail. Restaurants, Casino Margaritaville Bar 3 minute walk and live music in the hotel lobby with great Restaurants, Coffee shops, souvenir stores. 5 Minutes away: Ziplining, night kayaking in fluorescent waters (Amazing)!! water rentals like Jetskis in the beach and so much more!! Hotel pool is reserved for hotel guests. This property has 2 large pools in front of the villa next to the beach.

We own this villa and a second one also on the same floor (the other corner unit), both are right on the beach, open kitchens, and both are 2 bedrooms and each has 2 large beds in each bedroom accomodating 8 people in each villa. We also have a 1 bedroom door to door to this one. We also Own Villa Tuscany mansion also inside The Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort (a 10 bedroom villa) I opened Caribbean Luxury Rentals 15 years ago and Manage many properties and offer full concierge services like Transportation, excursions, chef and Grocery pre-stock services, Private Guide through the Rain Forest with trails and waterfalls. Once you book here you can request any of our services & Excursions. I also manage other properties, from 1 bd beachfront to 10 Bd Large villas.
