O chuveiro de um dos quartos estava quebrado quando chegamos e o do outro quarto a resistência queimou no 2o dia. Avisamos a proprietária que não resolveu e parou de responder. Durante toda a estadia a internet não funcionou, então ficamos sem internet e sem televisão. O bangalô precisa de bastante reparo. Também tinha muita barata. O condomínio é ótimo, por isso a nota 3. Senão daria 2 ou 1

Casa deixou a desejar

A casa não estava em bom estado de conservação, parecia que ninguém passava por lá há muito tempo. Nenhuma descarga funcionava, um dos banheiros ficou inutilizado durante toda a hospedagem em função da descarga e o cheiro que vinha do ralo era muito forte. Outro banheiro vazava água do box e todos os dias amanhecia alagado. A televisão não funcionou nenhum dia, nem a internet. Tinham muitas baratas no imóvel. Todas aa cadeiras de praia estavam quebradas e com aspecto de abandonadas lá há muito tempo. Poucos objetos de cozinha. Todos esses problemas foram relatados para a anfitriã durante a estadia, porém nada foi resolvido. Os lençóis e toalhas estavam bem limpos e cheirosos. O condomínio é bom, mas a praia o mar é bravo. Se quiser mar tranquilo é preciso ir de carro ou andar alguns kms.

Excelente Condominio

La casa no corresponde a la descripción, no es para 8 personas, posee un dormitorio con una cama matrimonial estrecha y con una pata rota que es casi imposible descansar en ella, y el segundo dormitorio un sofa cama incomodo, no nos proporcionaron ropa de cama y toallas, la dueña en ningún momento me avisó de esto, cuando llegamos tuvimos que salir a comprar estas y una almohada, ya que en la casa había solamente 2 , había colchones inflables, al aire acondicionado había que prenderlo y apagarlo, del tablero electrico del piso inferior, los desagües de los lavamanos de los baños superiores tapados, gotera que provenia del baño, juego de sillones del deck destruidos, imposible sentarse en ellos, la television del salón no es de 42 pulgadas, mando de estas sin pilas, no hay DVD, ni toallas de playa, tampoco churrasquera portatil, conservador de isopor, bodega o sea que la descripción no corresponde a la realidad, El condominio está espectacular, muy cuidado, con vigilancia las 24 horas, con piscina muy buena ,siempre impecable, la playa en ese lugar es peligrosa, repetiría el condominio no así, esta unidad.

Lugar maravilhoso! O condominio é excelente, pé na areia, móveis em excelente estado, casa super gostosa. Fui com a minha família e 2 crianças que aproveitaram muito a piscina e o parquinho. O atendimento foi ótimo! Voltaremos.

Lugar Maravilhoso

Condomínio pé na areia muito bem cuidado. Paisagismo exuberante e área de lazer super convidativa. Piscina maravilhosa e pra quem não dispensa um churrasquinho, um confortável espaço gourmet. A praia em frente é quase deserta pra quem curte tranquilidade, contudo o mar é aberto com ondas fortes. Há outras opções de praia a 5 min de carro. Encontro rio-mar na foz do Rio Pojuca e as piscinas naturais na Praia da Espera. O bangalô é compacto e funcional. Possui toda a estrutura para receber o viajante. Apenas cuidado com crianças pequenas na escada. Proprietária super gentil e atenciosa. Tudo ótimo. Recomendo

Lindo lugar, recomendo

Muito bom condomínio, absolutamente a beira-mar, praia quase deserta com muita tranquilidade. Além da bela praia, a bem cuidada área de lazer do condomínio convida os hóspedes a uma relaxante tarde de piscina e muito descanso. Quer um pouco de movimento? Entre no carro e vá almoçar em Praia do Forte... pronto. Fácil e rápido! A proprietária é muito simpática e deu todo o suporte necessário. Não tivemos nenhum problema. Recomendo e voltarei outras vezes.
