Cozy cabin in nature - perfect for couples!

Sparrow House is a cozy and functional house with an open space concept. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen connected with a dining area and the living room.

From the sunny and airy ground floor you can step into the beautiful terrace over viewing the plum orchard. The terrace is turned south-east so there is a lot of sunny spaces and enough shade where you can enjoy dining outdoor.

Bathroom with a walk in shower & toilette is located on the ground floor.

In the living room there is a couch that can transform into a double sofa bed, a laptop friendly working space and a fire place. On the first floor gallery there is a king size bed with a nice view.

The kitchen is equipped with basic cutlery, silverware and cooking essentials, a refrigerator & mini freezer, stove & oven and electric kettle.
Guests can also use the common outdoor BBQ just a few steps away and a private hot tub just beside the house.

The house is supplied with electricity, running water, free Wifi connection, floor heating and linens & towels.

There is also a washing machine which you can use with hosts' assistance.

Parking places are just over the road. The estate is located in an isolated and very quiet area since the road ends 500 meters from the house and there is almost no traffic.

Next to the Sparrow House is another wooden house where the guests are staying; and a hosts house, so if you need any assistance we are right there for you but also we know how to appreciate your privacy if that's what you prefer.

The house is located 8 km from the city of Vojnić where you can find basic things like the post office, ambulance, shops, bars and markets. For more extensive shopping we advice you to go to the city of Karlovac which is 25 km away.
