Great to have the OXXO across the street for purchases. The water is not drinkable in the apartments so we needed to buy it. There were bracelets there to wear at the premises. I guess that gave us permission to be there? There was also a beautiful restaurant called NOVIA that we enjoyed dinner at. The beach has rocks at the condo so you needed to be careful where to swim. We asked Luis a few questions but had to get answers from other gustes. Other than that the property was awesome!

Superbe vue sur les vagues

Studio exactement comme l’annonce. Nous avons dormi avec le bruit des vagues et le lever du soleil au réveil! Il y a 2 restos juste en face de l’hôtel, un typique mexicain et un autre plus $$$ mais qui en vaut le coût. Très bonne nourriture et belle ambiance. Et un dépanneur pour l’eau et le reste. Et le spa qui offre de très bons massages. En somme une très belle vacance.

Perfect location, perfect accommodations!

Perfect location! Right accross from oxxo and several good restaurants. Close to walking down the beach to club med. Quiet part of Cancun but great access to bus to rest of hotel zone and ferry rides. Very clean place, nice beds and bedding along with plenty of towels. For a small kitchen it was surprisingly sufficient to cook eggs and even stir fry fresh fish. Louis and his assistent Vicente were amazing, responsive and even provided personal rides to and from airport.
