MOFFAT RETREAT - Enjoy the refreshing sea breezes whilst overlooking the landscaped garden

This immaculate 3 bedroom, 2 level, architecturally designed home is approximately 600m from the sand at picturesque Moffat Beach and trendy cafe's.

There is also a fabulous hidden gem of a cafe only 100m away called 'One Block Back' that you will be sure to visit more than once during your stay.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with ensuite and open plan kitchen, dining and living area that opens onto the timber deck where you can sit and enjoy the refreshing sea breezes whilst overlooking the beautifully landscaped gardens.

Downstairs are the other 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry with dryer and rumpus/ tv room for the kids, There is plenty of space to sleep up to 8 people. The bedding configuration is 2 queen beds, 2 king singles and 2 single fold-out beds.

Well ventilated with ceiling fans throughout, high ceilings and air conditioning in main bedroom and living area upstairs.

Features include dishwasher, microwave, free Wifi, dvd player and a single remote lock up garage.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee

We had a lovely time at this property - beautiful house, great location close to Dicky and Moffat beaches. Good base to travel further out to coast or hinterlands as well.

Winter escape

Great spot but very difficult to sleep with no main bedroom blinds or proper curtains. Very spacious and great for a family. Nice quiet location and close to facilities.

Lovely spacious house in good location

Great house for a family of group of friends. Plenty of living areas to have space. Two lovely bathrooms and house generally has a holiday vibe. Only issues were nothing was supplied. We had to buy toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, and laundry powder. When you are only there a week it would be good to have the basics available

Downstairs

Downstairs floor wasn't very clean when we moved in. My daughter swept and vacuumed and mopped the floor and it was dirty. Having block out curtains in the main bedroom, air con in the ground floor rooms Taps in the bathroom upstairs were dripping also the drain to the sink closets to the door doesn't drain very well

Disappointing

I stay in a lot of properties throughout Queensland. I am total fed up with paying the money they are asking and there is always things wrong with the properties. Many things don't work or are in need of great repair. As property managers, please manage it. Fans can't be turn off, masking tape used to tape fly screen doors, needed a good clean, stuffy smell, apparently only cleans one a year. It gets tiresome and I don't want to keep complaining. You want us as guest to take out the rubbish, make our beds, etc where has the good old service gone???

Great house, great location!

Plenty of room for our family of 8 adults and 2 kids, short walk to lovely beach and great cafes, stairs could be a problem for people with mobility issues.

Lovely house good size for a small family close to shops the beach and Australia Zoo No curtains up stairs made early rises due to excess light but during the day felt very open Unfortunately could hear neighbours talking sounded like they were staying with us

Affordable weekend getaway

Check in was nice and easy and location of house was great (close to beach and a cafe that is just a 3 min walk away). House is exactly what it looks like in photos. Bring dishwashing liquid/powder or a sponge as there wasn't any on the property. House was slightly dusty but apart from that pretty good.
