Nice spot for a person with a boat and a desire for bay access.

Overall a very nice property. There were some minor issues with cleanliness and some minor details that could be cleaned up but enjoyed our stay very much and the access to the bay and the dock area were very nice to have.

Hi Harold, I hope you enjoyed your stay at 198 Pine Tree in Montego Bay. Apparently the cleaners missed the mark on cleanliness. My apologies. Hopefully you will want to stay at the property again and if there is ever a cleaning issue I would hope that you contact my office immediately so that I can remedy the situation. Needs some love

It’s such a shame that a nice property in a nice location is so badly maintained. We left a list of approximately 16 items that needed to be fixed, but more than that it needs to be CLEANED properly. There was also shabby, mismatched and dirty furniture as well uncomfortable beds.

Ocmd 2022 family trip

Ocmd 2022 Trip. Couple of pro and cons. Pros -Very nice location. -House is nice and big. We had 8 people that included 2 Infants. Cons -cleanliness of the house was poor - the communication was very poor. Try to contact the manager and it took them 5 days to respond after I try contact them again. -little outdate( which is not to bad. But needed noted) Just a heads 40 mins to boardwalk 30 mins to 30th jolly Roger's Will try another location next year.

Thank you for the follow-up. When you arrived you picked up a packet which held your keys and pool pass. On that packet were 2 phone numbers. One for the office and the other my cellular. We offer our phone numbers so guests can call us for assistance. In fact, on the the check-in package, in BOLD lettering, and in the middle of the envelope, there are instructions on what to do to report damages or cleaning issues. It is most unfortunate that you emailed through the VRBO booking site and did not call the phone numbers provided as it is not my practice to check the emails from the third party booking site, each day. When I found your email and responded you asked about propane for the gas grill and said nothing about the cleanliness. I'm so sorry you were not happy with the cleanliness and had I'd know I would've sent the cleaners back immediately.
