quick get away

It was a very nice place with a great view. The part of the beach where it is located seems quiet but in walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shopping.

Sea Breeze Condo

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. It was close to the beach and walking distance to John's Pass. It was great being in the 1st floor so we didn't have to wait for elevators. The view was amazing and we even saw dolphins from our patio!! There were 2 beach chairs and boogie boards provided. The owners were very receptive to my concern about the pool not working. Overall I'd come back here again, awesome place!!

Great location.

The place was clean and the location was perfect. Our only suggestion is to get the refrigerator repaired as it makes a lot of noise and is disruptive to sleep. Also update the TVs as it was a challenge to get them working properly. The elevators were very slow but this property bring on the 1st floor helps.The pool was not opened and the workers were there all day which was loud since the pool is right below this unit. I would recommend this location once the pool is opened as it is conveniently located.

Shhh don’t tell anyone how awesome this place is!

Quiet, peaceful and beautiful location. The condo has everything you need. Communication with the property manager is quick and simple. Love that there are no keys and that everything is by code. Beach is gorgeous and a very easy short walk. I am slightly handicapped and this property including the pool were easily accessed for me. Thanks for a great 65th birthday celebration!

Beach Get Away

The condo was all that I expected, however I have stayed at the Sea Breeze many times in the past. The condo needs new screens in the master bedroom and the remotes need batteries. We had a very relaxing time and hope to be back next year.

An instant favorite!

This has been one of the best vacation rentals we have done. The home was exactly as pictured and described. There were amazing extras that made our stay that much easier. We found beach chairs for the adults, sand toys for the kids, a beach umbrella, and even a drying rack for all the wet bathing suits. Those extra touches were such nice surprises and the location makes this home even better. We have already rebooked for next year! Can’t wait to vacation with you again.

February Hiatus

Wife and I have used ITrip for our February getaway for the last 9 years that I have been retired.I couldn’t be anymore pleased and satisfied with the treatment we have received from Liz and Charles over the years which brings us back. During the Covid year they went out of their way to accommodate us and if we’ve ever had a minor problem with a property they have the immediate resources to correct it. I highly recommend them and the property’s they manage.

I have stayed at this condo before, but not at this particular unit and had no issues with the other unit. I will not be back. It was loud. Not very clean.

Great location; noisy neighbors upstairs

The pictures of this lovely apartment are accurate; however, it can not show how noisy the upstairs neighbors can be. The management company, I Trip, was fantastic when the food disposal died; it was replaced immediately. The same response when we reported a slow drain in the second bathroom; however, they professed that they did not "own" the apartment above and could not do anything about the "Farkel Family" that stomped about, moved furniture constantly and did not respond the second time I went to the apartment to speak to the renters. So sad since this apartment is well appointed, in a good location and has a good managment company. If you have children, it probably will not bother you to rent this unit.

Not completely satisfied for the price

Growing up every summer we would go to Disney for a few days then head down to Madeira Beach for a week. This was the first time I was able to take my wife and kids on the same trip and show them where we grew up going every summer. The location of the Sea Breeze is great, not too close to the Pass, but not too far to walk especially pushing a stroller. Unfortunately the Condo we stayed in was not what the pictures portrayed. I had multiple issues with appliances, the furniture and TVs were old and dated, and the place seemed in need of a face lift and maintenance. And being on the first floor by the pool was horrible. My brother and his family stayed a family stayed on the 3rd floor, had a much nicer condo with updated kitchen and baths, and a 70" tv with actual cable tv. There view and balcony was much nicer. As for iTrip Vacations they did a 5 star job and I will definitely rent through them in the future.

Great place but super dirty!

Mold was on the walls in the master bathroom. Upon first arriving my son took off his shoes and noticed his socks that he was wearing were BLACK from the dirty floor that had only been swept but not cleaned/mopped, The door was off the track in the master bathroom. When i went to take a shower my son also went to take a shower in the other bathroom. My water immediately turned scalding hot and I couldn’t turn it down no matter how cold I turned it. I had to get out and tell him to wait till I was done. Thank god it wasn’t my 6 year old in there. The fridge and freezer had a broken light switch which cause a strobe light effect every time you opened the fridge or freezer.

The unit was exactly as described and we were able to get in an hour or so prior to check in time which was helpful. There were a few issues that the owner would have no control over. The building and balconies were being painted during our stay. This was inconvenient Due to the noise of the crane, as well as the fact that painters were routinely outside of our windows. Also, the proximity of the unit to the pool and hot tub was problematic in the evenings. Most nights there were people in the hot tub until midnight playing very loud music. On our first morning there a car of people drove into the parking lot and climb the fence taking a bath in the whirlpool pool. We did report this to , the property management company, but never received a follow up on this. We would stay at the Sea Breeze again, however, not in this unit given the proximity to the hot tub and pool. This unit was clean, well-kept, and exactly as shown in the ad.

Beautiful condo, amazing view!

Great getaway with beautiful sunsets. We encountered so much marine life, manatees swimming by close to shore, dolphins, baby sharks, and even the seagulls and Pelicans were fun to watch. The bed was comfy and the condo had everything we needed. I might suggest that a rental car may not be needed. The walk to John's Pass was pretty easy and the trolley stops right outside the condo. Also I heard there is freebeachride.com. We didn't use that but was an option. So many close restaurants. We will definitely be back! Loved our stay.

Family holiday

Beautiful location with an amazing view . Advantage of the first floor unit means you don’t need to use the lift. Clean , well stocked with everything you need. August much quieter than July as the kids are back at school which we preferred.
