The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Just a few check-out reminders: 1.) Check-out is at 11 AM 2.) Please be sure to place 1 key back in the lockbox. If issued 2nd key, leave it on the kit. counter so the lockbox doesn't get jammed
3.) No need to make beds up they will be stripped and washed. 4.) No need to take kitchen garbage out as we use the bag for additional garbage as we clean.
5.) Turn off all lights and turn down wall heater leaving the pilot light on 6.) Lock back door upon exiting. Most importantly SAFE TRAVELS! Thank you for your business, Frank & Moonyean
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking/vaping inside property, no marijuana on premises at all or other drugs. Quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM owner lives upstairs.
Please do not sleep with decorative bedding (Bedspreads/ pillows) plenty of extra blankets to use in their place that are more easily cleaned.

A long weekend with friends

Excellent week long stay

Amazing hosts! We will be staying here anytime we need a place up in freeport, everything was immaculate, everything we could have needed was provided. Would highly recommend this home instead of trying to use a hotel in the area, easy access, very kind hosts, and a super comfortable place for sleeping amd relaxing!

Excellent very accommodating

Warm and spacious. Great hosts. We had a party of 5 and were very comfortable. There is a warm feel to the decor and everything was top notch!

Lodgings were beautiful and pristine for cleanliness. Hosts messaged in advance to know how we wanted beds set up. Beds and bedding were comfortable and cozy. Air conditioning was great. Every amenity you could desire was available. Perfect stay for our larger family on the way to a family reunion.

Moonyean and Frank are the best.

Both are conversant, friendly and kind. Their place is impeccable-clean, convenient, well stocked, beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and rural, the landscaping quaint. The cost is comparable to local hotels, but the experience is much nicer. Stayed with my husband and 3 young adults. Had more than enough space and privacy. Reserve early when you know your plans, they get booked quickly!

Dana and Craig and 3 adult children are such a pleasure to host. I can't speak highly enough of them leaving the place clean which is so important to host doing same day turn arounds. Besides being clean and quiet the family is super friendly and that's why we got into hosting to meet people from all over and "make long lasting friendships" with those who want too. We look forward to their return in the future and please don't hesitate to accept this guest.
