Welcome to your vacation home! Sitting atop this quiet family friendly culdesac neighborhood, Via Real Court offers some of the best views in Desert Hot Springs! Enjoy amazing sunsets poolside as you lounge, sunbathe or enjoy the hot tub. This home features a salt water pool & spa. Pool heating is available October-April at a rate of $85/night. Our goal is to ensure you have the best and most relaxing vacation possible. Our focus is around your comfort and happiness. We hope you enjoy your stay and have an amazing vacation!

There are 4 bedrooms in the home. 1 has a king bed, 2 have queen beds, 1 has 2 twins. Our kitchen is stocked with all plates, silverware and cookware you need! All Tv’s have the ability to log into your streaming services to use during your stay. Come, relax and have an amazing vacation in this beautiful home!

We are committed to being great neighbors and have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to noise related complaints. Noise related complaints will lead to immediate cancellation of reservation. Our home is located in a quiet family friendly residential neighborhood in Desert Hot Springs. The city has a very strict 10pm noise ordinance for loud music and excessive noise outside. No large or amplified speakers are allowed outside at any time. A small portable speaker at a normal volume is absolutely okay to have. Noise during the day should not disrupt neighbors. Please respect neighbors and neighborhood.

We are located only 30 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park and about 20 minutes from Palm Springs.

Maximum occupancy of 8 people cannot be exceeded at any time for any reason. Additional small children/infants are okay, please just let us know.

Our Home is Alexa Smart! Each room has an Alexa Echo device installed that can support with various commands such as lights and playing music.

Long term stays (28+days) will require separate rental agreement.

Amazing Get Away!

I highly recommend this beautiful oasis! From the bright , airy design,inside the home, too the peace and quiet modern home with everything we need for our stay. My family and I had an amazing time. My parents are in their 70’s and were able to get around the property inside and out side, with such ease.

Spring Break Sunshine

Location was just as pictured. We were fortunate that our stay landed between rain events with temps reaching low 80s which was perfect for enjoying the pool. Our two kids typically sleep in twin beds at home so they each really enjoyed having queen size beds to themselves with their own TVs. Palm Springs was a short 30min drive with plenty of great restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic!

This property is just about perfect -- and I've rented a ton of homes with pools in California and Nevada! The house is well designed, well appointed, and very convenient. Hot tubs in rentals are often cantankerous, but this one worked so smoothly! It's a little bit of a drive to Palm Springs, but not prohibitively far. Our host was communicative and helpful. Can't recommend this house enough!

Sisters Getting Away for a Spring Break

My sister and I loved staying at this beautiful property in Desert Hot Springs. The salt water heated pool and spa were a major draw, but the entire property and it's location were sublime. We highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again. We had never been to this part of California and enjoyed just staying at this retreat on days we were not exploring Joshua Tree National Park and Anza-Borrego Spring State Park to see the desert bloom. Any questions we had were promptly responded to by the host. Thank you for this truly relaxing vacation.

Girls Weekend

This a was great spot for our annual getaway. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the house instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. The handrail for the spa is very loose however, so a little extra caution is needed when using it. The outdoor area was great and having a fridge in the BBQ was fantastic! We would definitely consider staying her again.
