As advertised, the unit I stayed in was comfortable and quiet. The owner was very helpful. Amazing location, near JFK (not not noisy from air traffic).One improvement would be to rearrange the bed, so the slanty roof isn't in the way of people's heads.

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights. It was cute and small… but it worked for the two of us. Veronica was an excellent host…she answered all of our questions promptly. Parking was easy and the neighborhood felt safe. I was able to get a run in at the local high school and my daughter and I walked through the neighborhood with no concerns.

Veronica's space was nice, (no disrespect inteneded) but the shower could be cleaner, there appears to be black mildew in the shower stall. Use some bleach, vinegar and baking soda should help. Other than that the space and quiet was exactly what i needed. Thank you.
