Just Perfect

We had a wonderful stay at 1406 Swordfish Way! The unit was clean, had a very well stocked kitchen and was just perfect for my daughter, granddaughter and myself. The pool was within walking distance (less than 5 min.) which was super convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet! Two things that would be nice to have added would be a retractable clothesline in the patio area and a clothes dryer that could handle the size load the washer handles. We will be back!!

July 4th week at Kitty Hawk

The townhouse was very nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We loved being close to the pool. I have no complaints about the property at all. Only two things were disappointing about the area. We had to drive to get to the beach. There was no way to cross the busy highway to walk to the beach. Kitty Hawk should put in crosswalks or a pedestrian bridge so that people can walk the short distance down to the beach. Also, I don't recommend the July 4th week. It was so busy. Otherwise, a beautiful stay. We had a family reunion in Duck so spent most days up there. Some days it was 40 minutes to drive 10 miles!

Condo is in a good location

The pool was in close proximity to the condo . It was a short drive to the beach. Centrally located With lots of restaurants and activities.

Wouldn’t stay here ahain

Killed 4 cockroaches along with multiple other bugs, internet did not work multiple days, called property management and they said they’d send maintenance out. That never happened and I called again next day and they told me to unplug and plug modem back in- that worked for aybe 5 minutes. There weren’t any pots or pans to cook anything either so bring your own.
