Whether you're seeking a peaceful couple's escape, a fun-filled weekend with friends, or a relaxing family holiday, this spacious beachfront home has room for everyone. From the moment you step inside and take in the stunning ocean view, your beach getaway begins.
Unwind to the sights and sounds of the sea, with panoramic views of Mayor Island, the Aldermans, Karewa, and The Mount from this ideally located home-just steps from the beach access across the road A permanently dog-friendly beach begins just 100 metres from the house and stretches all the way to Bowentown, making it perfect for your four legged companion.
Take a leisurely 5-minute walk to the local dairy for ice cream or grab some classic Kiwi fish and chips. The nearby bike trail is perfect for a bit of adventure, right around the corner.
This two-level home is designed for easy holiday living. Upstairs features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area that opens onto a sunny deck complete with BBQ and outdoor furniture-perfect for those laid-back summer evenings. You'll also find two bedrooms and a bathroom with a separate toilet on this level.
Downstairs, a spacious rumpus room offers a Smart TV, board games, outdoor games, and unlimited Wi-Fi for everyone to enjoy. Two additional bedrooms, a second bathroom/laundry (with shower, toilet, washer & dryer), and a queen-size sofa bed in the rumpus room complete the ground floor layout.
Step outside to a fully fenced, generous section-great for kids and dogs to roam safely. There's even room to pitch a tent, plus plenty of off-street parking for vehicles or a boat.

* In line with Kiwi Bach tradition, guests are asked to bring their own linen (sheets,

Fantastic location and well equipped bach

Our family loved our week at Waihi Beach. The Bach is in a fantastic location and very well equipped. Clean and easy to get to. Local dairy nearby and Surf Shack (excellent Burger/lunch spot) is an easy walk away. Great location to have a relaxing holiday at.

Amazing Location

Great House and Great Host

Excellent location and amazing views. The house has a really comfortable vibe and we instantly felt relaxed when we walked in the door. Everything we needed was there, place was really clean and tidy and the bed super comfortable. Having the fully fenced section with our dog was fantastic and he loved his stay there as well. Rachelle is a fantastic host and the communication from her was excellent right from booking to our stay there. Thanks once again an we hope to come back.

A beautiful property in a perfect location

Beached on Broadway is the perfect house for a family holiday. A beautiful home with lots of room and a stunning view of the sea. The beach is just across the road. The house is extremely well equipped and has everything you could ever need. It's great for kids and extended family - and what's more you can take your dog! Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend this property and we'll definitely stay again. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us.

Family Holiday

We are a family of 6 adults and 2 little ones under the age of 2 who fitted very comfortably into the 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house. It was great having the 2 different living spaces as we spent alot of time indoors as the weather was shocking. Rach communicates promptly and is very helpful. I would recommend for larger groups.

Excellent property, excellent host.

First of all, Rach is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Excellent communication and very easy to chat with. Nice of you to send a message when the area lost power. The property is very well set up for a larger family group like ours. Plenty of space - the variety of board games were a hit. Deck and views to the Ocean are amazing. Thanks for having us at such short notice.

We loved our stay here. Perfect location, opposite the beach, can hear the waves. Fully fenced, ideal for the dog. The owners have thought of everything so you don't have to, its home away from home.

Relax and watch the world go by

A great home for a relaxing weekend away with family , ages ranging from 1-69. The deck with sea view was also able to be secured for the little ones. Was amazing to be able to bring the pooches as well . Highly recommend

Great location

Very comfortable home in a great location for enjoying the beach and riding the bike trail. Loved sitting on the deck watching the cargo ships. The kitchen has everything you need and the number of appliances is impressive. We will definitely return.

A weekend at the beach.

Our weekend stay was fantastic. Ideal location with fabulous views. Had everything we needed and then some, particularly well furbished kitchen. Loved the kiwi welcome with dip and chips and timtams. Thank you.

Relax by the beach

Friends and I had an absolutely amazing time staying here over the Easter weekend. The location it fantastic being right by the beach and the bach has a lovely relaxed feel with awesome views of the sea. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, beds comfy and had lots of games to keep us entertained. We all had a great time and would certainly recommend to anyone! Thanks so much for having us

Everything you need

Aside, from the stunning views, sunny decks and beautiful sunrises, this property has everything your could need to enjoy your holiday. The beds & pillow are super comfortable, the house was spotless clean, large fenced section and it easily accommodated our large group. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise. I have been holidaying at Waihi Beach for 30+ years with my husband and 2 children. We have now moved here to live a slower life and enjoy what Waihi Beach and its community have to offer.

After a long search for the right home and location to settle at Waihi Beach, we found Beached On Broadway. It ticked all the boxes with the added bonus of plenty of space for entertaining friends and family, while also being able to live the quiet life, with the view and the beach feeling like it is all our own!
