Park the car, you will not get back in it til you leave, if you do leave at all. Welcome to the south end of Siesta Key and Vista Hermosa. The best part of the key. From Vista Hermosa you can walk to the ever famous Captain Curts, Claytons Siesta Grill, Toasted Mango Cafe, Anna''s Deli, and many other great shops. You are also super close to CB''s Island Outfitters where you can rent kayak''s, boats, find all the fishing tackle and gear you need, and of course do some clothes shopping. Siesta Key offers several companies that will pick you up FOR FREE and take you anywhere on the island you want, just tip! Not far from Vista Hermosa is Siesta Key Beach. One of the finest and most beautiful beaches in the world. You will find travelers from all over the world here and lots of fun locals. Vista Hermosa sits right off of the "Point of Rocks", what I consider the best part of Siesta Key Beach. You will find beautiful homes to view, amazing water, snorkeling just off Point of Rocks, fishing just off the beach, and the most amazing sunsets you can find. Locals here on Sarasota celebrate an weekly drum circle on Sunday. You will find a ton of locals gathering for sunset in the main area of the beach and listen to the beat of their drums as you watch sunset. Wander into the village for live music and great eats. Must check out Cevichela which is a local must! Old Salty Dog which premiered on Man vs. Food, and Daquiri Deck for their great drinks and entertainment. Look forward to having you on the island.

We Love it Here!!

New Favorite VRBO

My family and I recently stayed at this property. It had everything we needed. It was close to the beach, although we drove down to Turtle Beach each day. There is a closet on the sun porch that has every beach item you need: Boogie Boards, a beach cart, beach toys, pool noodles, an umbrella...everything you need. There is also a washer and dryer on the sun porch. The house is beautifully decorated with a beach theme. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had nearly everything we needed. If you cook a lot on vacation, you may want to take an electric griddle or a larger skillet. That is the only thing we needed that wasn't in the kitchen. The local restaurants were nice as well. Captain Curt's, Spearfish Grille and Salty Dog were our favorite. The shrimp and grits at Spearfish was the best thing I ate all week. We will be booking this rental again. It was just about perfect. It is my new favorite VRBO. Thanks for creating such a charming space. It was one of the best vacations I've ever taken.

Vista hermosa is a great location but the villa needs a facelift and maintence

Great location great grounds with tropical flowers and birds good swimming pool the contact person Erika was very helpful with the problems I had broken pipe under kitchen sink and leak under bathroom sink the fridge was so loud it woke me up at night it finally didn’t keep The milk and coffee creamer had to have it replaced the whole place needs paint the ceiling has cracks in them broken light fixtures toilets too low all the doors need replacing bathrooms need updates but I still managed to enjoy the time spent there no red tide at the beach the beach is beautiful they have trolleys so you can get a ride to siesta beach or village everything is close by
