About this property

Wonderful apartment in prestigious zone El Duque in Altamira complex. One bedroom, one bathroom, American style kitchen. The apartment totally equipped and furnished. The living room has a comfortable sofa-bed, TV. Excellent ocean view from the terrace. There is the best beach in El Duque zone just in 50 meters. The complex is situated between the prestigious El Duque area and small fishing town La Caleta. In a walking distance there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a large commercial center. Max occupancy 3 adults and a child. The complex has an adult and a children's swimming pool. There is no shortage of sun beds by the poolside and the gardens are excellently maintained.

The cost includes linen/towels, final cleaning, electrical and water usage.
Wi-Fi, international channels for additional fee (40 EUR per week each cervise)

You need also to pay the security deposit from the card in arriving day (300 euros or the equivalent in another currency) which is to be returned to you during 7 days after your check-out day.
