With over 125 five-star reviews on our first home Sea Breeze Casa, we are pleased to now offer this newly renovated 6 bedroom luxury estate on 25 acres with dramatic ocean views, ancient rainforest and ultimate privacy in a quiet and safe gated community. An ideal 'work from away escape' with high speed internet, privacy and security. Perfect for family gatherings, multi-family vacations, weddings or special occasions. Luxury in every detail. Stunning top floor master/ensuite. Large pool and outdoor entertainment areas. Exceptional service. A separate guest house with 3 more bedrooms can be added for an additional cost for a total of 9 bedrooms. The guesthouse is never rented separately to another group and remains empty if you don't need it.

Sea Breeze II is located halfway between two of Costa Rica's most famous National Parks - Manuel Antonio and Marina Ballena and is an ideal base for exploring the Southern Zone. Part of Guapil Tropical Estates (a small gated community), Sea Breeze II is only 5 minutes off Highway 34 yet is totally tranquil and surrounded by ancient trees, a private fruit orchard with daily visits from the toucans, monkeys and pisotes. Stunning ocean views, a large saltwater pool, outdoor kitchen/BBQ, bar and patio dining offer ample space for entertaining or retreat into one of six luxurious bedrooms in the main house. Large gourmet kitchen, fully equipped for entertaining including bar area and wine fridge or hire a chef! Large living room, live-edge dining table/ island seats 16. Two outdoor bars to enjoy! I'm the proud owner of Casa Sea Breeze which has over 100 five-star reviews #2014635 and in 2019 my sister and I purchased and completely renovated Sea Breeze II! It was a labour of love and this beautiful home on 25 acres with its own fruit orchards and beautiful ocean views! I first visited Costa Rica 25 years ago and fell in love with the nature and the people -- it took a while to figure things out but now my family hop back and forth between Canada and Costa Rica and we'd love to share this new property with other families. Its the perfect place to make memories!

Why they chose this property

There are very few properties in the Southern Zone of Costa Rica that are so spacious with room for the entire family or several families travelling together. This house offers expansive rooms and free flowing movement from indoor to outdoor space on all three levels. The location is exceptional with everything you would ever want to see, do or buy within 30 minutes. Dominical surfing - Nauyaca Waterfalls - Hacienda Baru ziplines are all close by. Manual Antonio is a great day trip or head south to Marina Ballena National Park. The views are stunning. You can always hear the ocean waves but never see or hear any neighbours! We've even seen whales from the balcony! Monkeys in the trees - scarlet macaws too. We love to go into the orchard and pick our own fruit and juice it. The pool is amazing and our property manager Wil is available at any time to answer questions or assist with bookings. He's also a great chef and available for hire! This house is the ideal place to spend one or more months working from home and is set up for Zoom meetings, on-line school sessions and business conferences with high speed fibre optic internet.
