I rent a large duplex apartment located in the Boa Viagem neighborhood, close to Boa Viagem Beach, Shopping Center Recife, bars, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets and bus stops. Apartment very well located at Rua Padre Carapuceiro, nº 537. Close to the main transportation routes such as Avenida Domingos Ferreira and Conselheiro Aguiar.
The apartment has 150 m² divided into 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. The room has space for a private garage and is fully furnished in addition to having 3 beds, 1 double and 2 singles, plus 3 extra mattresses and an inflatable double mattress provided by the owner, accommodating 9 tenants comfortably. In addition, all rooms have fans. The bathroom has an electric shower. Building with a 24-hour security guard.
