We have had a great time. The beach can be reached by foot and all necessary stores (bakery, butcher and supermarket) just around the corner. We enjoyed several excursions to Berck, Boulogne-sur-mer and Château d’Hardelot.

Great villa with fantastic garden

We enjoyed staying at this villa. It was very safe for our dog and very well equipped. Easily big enough for 4 people. A big car parking space and modern interrior with good WiFi, netflix etc. Location is good, Stella Plage is very quiet compared to surrounding areas which was great when staying with pets.

A lovely little house in a great area. All the facilities were good and it was nice overlooking the garden. The only criticism is the pillows, they were very flat.Overall we enjoyed our stay, exploring the surrounding areas and Le Touquet is well worth a visit. The beaches are beautiful and you can walk for miles alon g them.

Parking was very easy and secure. The Kitchen was well equipped and well planned. Two of the radiators were somewhat temperamental to control and one did not work at all.But overall we had a very good stay.

Un cottage qui ne devrait plus être proposé à la location pour des raisons sérieuses d'insalubrité sanitaire et ce jusqu'à conformité reconnue par l'autorité. Il y va de la santé des occupants.Nous avons subi dès l'ouverture du bien de fortes remontées d'odeurs d'égout, de refoulement des tuyauteries en cuisine et le tout se propageant dans tout l'habitat, chambres comprises.La ''modeste empathie'' du propriétaire des lieux (bien au courant des faits et désagréments) et un flacon de déboucheur liquide pour minimiser les causes n'ont pas rendus les lieux plus agréables bien au contraire ! Cela a empiré pendant le séjour et plus de réactions de sa part. Quelle honte !La société Abritel, avisée à ce jour, ne devrait plus proposer ce bien à la location aussi longtemps que les lieux n'auront pas subit les travaux nécessaires à la remise en état. Les montants fixés à la location sont regrettables, se sachant en subir sans recourt immédiat les conséquences durant le séjour.Nous aviserons la Mairie du lieu et autres instances en conformité des règles sanitaires à respecter pour la location.A la réception du bien, nous avons constaté un entretien minimaliste des lieux, . Nous avons été obligé d'aspirer pour éliminer les poils d'animaux et poussières dans le rez-de-chaussée de la précédente location.Une partie de la vaisselle sortie des armoires de cuisine n'était pas propre malheureusement.A fuir absolument !
Les évacuations du dessous dévier cuisine. Pas professionnel du tout.

Tolle Villa mit großem Garten und Strandnähe

Wir haben sehr viel Freude und Gemütlichkeit in dem Haus erfahren. Unsere beiden Hunde haben sich ebenfalls sehr wohl im Haus und Garten gefühlt.Die Matratze vom Bett könnte eine Erneuerung vertragen, weil sie schon durchgelegen ist. Und in der Küche sollten die Töpfe, Pfannen und Auflaufformen erneuert werden.Die Sauberkeit im Haus ist aber sehr gut. Wir fühlten uns direkt sehr wohl.Die Entfernung zum sehr sauberen Strand ist mit knapp 2 km in 25 Minuten Fussweg oder einigen Minuten mit dem Auto sehr nahe.Und das Parken direkt vor dem Haus ist sehr angenehm.Insgesamt haben wir die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Vermieter reagiert ebenfalls sehr zügig. Und die Kommunikation war stets freundlich.

Wir kommen wieder!

Das Haus war für uns zwei und einen großen Hund ideal. Den wunderschönen Garten mit guten, bequemen Gartenmöbeln, haben wir jeden Tag nutzen können. Das Haus war super sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ließ für uns nichts zu wünschen übrig! Zu Fuß waren wir in einer knappen halben Stunde am Strand. Stella-Plage ist um diese Jahreszeit ein sehr ruhiger Ort. Alle Besorgungen für das tägliche Leben kann man wunderbar zu Fuß machen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Agréable cottage

On se sent tout de suite bien dans ce cottage bien conçu mis à part pour la cuisine sombre et froide ou il n'y a pas de fenêtre. Le jardin intimiste clos est mignon et apprécié par petits et grands et nos amis à 4 pattes Envisager le remplacement du matelas 140 qui se creuse au milieu et le divan du salon ou l'on s'enfonce trop, autrement belles prestations Boite à clefs très pratique pour la souplesse qu'elle procure pour l'arrivée comme pour le départ

Schönes kleines Haus

Der Aufenthalt an der Opalküste war sehr schön. Wir hatten gutes Wetter und man kann vom Haus schnell zum Strand, aber auch als Ausgangspunkt für Touren ist es sehr gut geeignet.

Location qui correspond parfaitement à mes critères : cour fermée, jardin ( avec terrasse , table et chaises) . .Le plain pied est propre , confortable , situé près des commerces et accès routiers , à environ 20/30 minutes de la plage à pied . Très bon contact téléphonique avec Mme Julie D
