Located in the center of pedestrian mall along the waterfront, my place can take you to the major famous attractions in Seattle within walking distance!
Drink a cup of famous local coffee while admiring the seaside view from a picture window. Stroll to the Pike Market from the sky bridge just down the building. The Seattle Aquarium is on the corner across the street. Take an adventure to the Great Wheel while enjoy the seafood restaurants along the waterfront. Walk about 5 minutes you can arrive Pier 66 and take a cruise to Alaska!

It was a comfortable apartment located in a great place. We walked to the Market and Space needle. We enjoyed the patio with views of the ship channel. Shirley was a great host. She communicated with us in a timely manner.

We had a great stay in downtown Seattle. The location was really convenient to Pikes Place and the Waterfront. However, there are quite a few rules that we had to pay close attention to though, mostly related to the key and gate access. It was not a big deal but we definitely felt the threat of fines for stepping out of line. Also, the rule about trying to keep the carpets clean was ironic. We were asked to wear slippers so we brought our own but the carpets badly need replacement and were stained and wrinkly in many places. Also not a big deal, if not for the threat of fines. Nothing came of it though and we still had a wonderful time.

Location, location, location!!!!! A 3 minute walk to Pike Market or the Waterfront. Great view of Elliot Bay and the Waterfront. Hot tub was great after a full day of walking in and out of all the great little shops. The only really small issue was that one of the entry hallway lights and a couple of under cabinet lights in kitchen were not working. Maybe just a bulb issue. I like my spaces to be well lit. Overall I was very happy with the place!!!

It was not clear that this unit is in an apartment complex. So you check in on one side of the complex and then you have to walk outside to get into your unit. This is only important if you have lots of luggage. The location was OUTSTANDING you can walk to the whole harbor and Pikes market. If you are cruising, you may need to take an UBER to the port terminal, its really not walkable. Their were a few "condition" issues in the unit (kitchen cabinet door was broken off) but it is nicely stocked and very comfortable

The location was great. The building was safe and secure. Having an indoor parking spot was a bonus. The room was as described. There were portable air conditioning units rather than central air. The first night was hot. I would make sure the air is working if I was staying during the summer months.

The Host seemed to do her job other than I explained to her and sent her pictures how dirty the place was and she just did not care.The location is great close to everything.Just really had a hard time getting over how dirty it was inside the unit.

What a great location! Had a short stay here in August. We went to Pike Place and The Aquarium. Also had a wonderful dinner at Elliotts. Everything was so close and the view from the balcony was fantastic!

Why they chose this property

This property is just in front of the Puget Sound and behind is the famous Pike Market. It's rarely find and in perfect condition. It has garage parking which is valuable in Downtown Seattle. The Seattle Aquarium is across the street, the pier 69 is minutes walk. I can't imagine any other building has such wonderful attractions. It's perfect for travelers.
