My business partner arrived at the building but there was no room for her. Tried to call the number of the host and no reply. In the end I have been forced to book my business partner to another hotel.I lost over Aud 1300. Very annoyed with Stayz.com.Never again.

Nerver had a sucessful check in! Wrong phone number given by Expedia and VRBO was a wrong. Also I spent more than 2 hours trying to resolve the issue on the phone with VRBO. Had to go through 3 different people and still no resolution.
