I'm a happily married man to my beautiful wife of 28 years with 3 beautiful daughters and a grandson. We currently live in NewYork but travel to our homeland 4 times a year and hopefully retire there in a few years. Our goal is to live life and travel as a family to create many wonderful memories.
Why they chose this property
This piece of paradise has been a dream come true for me for many years. I"ve always wanted a peaceful view of the ocean and enjoy a glass of wine at sunset. Here you have it all, swimming pool for adults and a small pool for children. This is a new construction with all new appliances ,furniture and fixtures.
What makes this property unique
I chose this property for the location. It's a private community and a very safe neighborhood. It is near the coastal with many latin restaurants that offer authentic dishes and drinks all through out the beach strip. Music in some of the restaurants or just eat out by the beach.
