The check in was not great, check in is at 4pm and you can’t check in 15-20 minutes before 4!! I was told to come back later. There are no carts to unload luggage

Condo itself had an odor that was present when walking in but you got used to it. Seemed like a strong cooking odor that was leftover from prior person. All staff was extremely nice and professional and pleasant.

The condo was nice and quiet, very comfortable beds. There were no extra blankets so you can't use the sleeper sofa, or add a blanket if the room gets too cool at night, so bring your own. I would definitely rent this condo again!

Horrible management and dirty apartment

This was the worst experience thru VRBO. The host was never responsive. No response on chat, messages or calls Our apartment was not cleaned, there was hair all over, sand on the floors and our feet’s were black after 30 minutes of walking in the apartment without shoes. There was blood on bedding sheets and dirty countertops . Smell was like not a clean air when you get in to the apartment After all complaints, the host never called to say anything or to do anything. We have a small baby that we had to hold in on our lap all our vacation because nobody even clean the apartment. They send someone after 2 days with a new sheets and they just leave it on dining table and left without changing the sheets or cleaning anything I feel bad that I can not update pictures from that apartment and to show to the others. Please take in consideration when deciding to choose this property. The worst management service!

Very friendly and easy. Restaurant and bar could use some serious help. Coley was very helpful.

We made dinner reservations for steak night. We showed up early and no one would wait on us. Very disappointed. Finally Coley saw us and helped us out would not recommend the stress. Also the music was so loud we could not visit

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: CeilingFans dirty, thick dust.Smelled dirty/musty ick walking in. Trash can smelled, old and dirty. I needed to wipe down everything with lysol wipes. Sprayed febreeze.Doorwalls either did not work or were broken. Showers filthy. I cleaned for 3 hours before we were okay with staying there. WE WILL NOT RETURN TO THAT SPECIFIC CONDO.

Nice Resort

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Great pool/hot tub and right down the street from the cleanest beach with clearest water. Only thing was the listing didn’t specify what floor we would be on so a better view would’ve been chosen. The condo could’ve been cleaned better. Rugs in the bathroom were still wet from previous stayers and it was just a little dirty as far as the floor and baseboards. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room we stayed on was comfortable, spacious and clean. We didn't have issues. Check-in was easy in the lobby. Everyone loved the pool. Location is also a plus. It is close by the Beach, restaurants and shopping centers. The only disappointment we had was the in house shuttle that promised to ferry guests to Henderson beach, according to the printed schedule. The driver did not inform ahead of time that he will not be bringing guests to Henderson. When we were at the public beach drop off, we asked to make sure he is going to Henderson after. That's when he informed us that he won't be goig there because it takes him so long to drop off there. So we just had to settle for the public beach. Catching the shuttle back is also trouble because the driver doesn't follow the schedule so you will be waiting long for him to come back. So, don't rely on their shuttle for any excursions you are planning.Aside from this our stay was great!

Great for families

We loved our week in Destin. This condo was well located across from Henderson State Park Beach and we enjoyed the view from the balcony. The two separate bedrooms were great with teenagers and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool area was a fun bonus.
