Our rental is spacious Studio condo. One of the nicest and best locations at the Kihei Bay Surf. Central bottom unit with tennis court garden view, quiet first floor location away from the street, and fully equipped!!! King Size Bed, new wood laminate floors, granite counter tops, Queen size pullout couch, fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels provided, new appliances, flat screen tv, blu-ray/dvd player(with access to Netflix and other online services), free wifi wireless internet, beach gear, Pool, Hot Tub, Tennis Courts, and more. Only steps from the beach.


We are now accepting reservations for the remainder of the year and into 2024 and beyond.

The place was very nice. I only stayed for a nite but found it to be spacious n clean. Loved that it was right across from the beach. Came in late in the day but was able to sit at the beach and see the whales breach n the sun set. I had absolutely no issues.

This property was clean, exactly how it was described in the listing. We personally think Kihei is the best spot to stay in Maui, away from all of the hotels and so much around to do. The host was very kind and quick to respond. We will try to book this same property next time we come to Maui.

Great vacation stay

1st time in Hawaii. There was 30 of us vacationing for a wedding. This place was close to our friends. Great location, can walk across the street to the beach. Just a short drive down the street there was many places to eat, and shop for souvenirs and groceries.

Aaron and Marchelle (married) and Andy(best friend) purchased this unit in June of 2011. We gutted and totally remodeled the entire unit to create a modern and updated living space that we would feel comfortable staying in ourselves when we visit Maui.

When we aren't hanging out in Maui you can find Aaron and Marchelle hiking and exploring the mountains of Colorado, or Andy working hard and partaking in the busy city life of New York City.

Why they chose this property

It was hard finding the perfect way to vacation in Maui. After several vacations we finally stayed at the Kihei Bay Surf and loved it. We rented here several times through the years and loved it so much we decided to purchase our own condo here in 2011. Many of the units here are in major need of updating and some located too close to the noisy South Kihei Rd. This unit was perfect for us because of its quiet first floor location, private Lanai, and partial ocean view. We made it a priority to get this place up to our standard 'nice and inviting'. Too often do you see the wicker style furnished units in Maui. We wanted a more luxurious, seaside themed decor.
