Capturing the allure of coastal living, this beautiful limestone home is within an easy stroll to the National Park, coastal walking tracks, Bridgewater Bay ocean beach and the amazing rock pools. This inviting beach house of split-level design, provides a superb floor plan which caters for different age groups, and features an abundance of indoor and outdoor living space.

Open plan living and dining areas are complemented by the generously equipped gourmet kitchen with pantry, Caesar stone benchtops and island bench and a Nespresso coffee machine. The lounge area features a generously proportioned leather lounge suite, digital TV/Foxtel, and reverse-cycle air-conditioning. Entertainment includes DVD Player, Radio, Books, DVDs, Toys, Board Games and Puzzles.
Bedroom 1 with a self-contained master bedroom wing is located at the rear of the property, and features a queen bed with ensuite and a corner spa bath, walk in robe and ceiling fan.
Adjacent to the master bedroom is the 2nd living area, which includes a digital TV, reverse-cycle air-conditioning and a separate study area or office. Both the master bedroom and the adjacent living area, have direct access to the Hot Tub Spa on the upper decking - a must have treat after a day at the beach.

This gorgeous property also has direct access to an adjoining Reserve offering an extra children's playground or a beautiful green stretch for garden picnics.
