About this property

Light and airy apartment, close to Copacabana beach, in a quiet and tree-lined street; located a few meters from the metro station (Arcoverde). Surrounded by restaurants, markets and pharmacies, the building offers a 24 hour doorman and is monitored by surveillance cameras.
The original floor plan of the apartment provided for 2 bedrooms, but one of them was incorporated into the living room, thus creating a clear and spacious environment.
We also have a small room on the service area, equipped with a single bed and supported by a small bathroom. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the 3 main environments; heater that serves the 2 bathrooms; blackout curtains or external blinds guarantee darkened environments for a good night's sleep. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, water purifier, coffee maker, blender, mixer and all utensils for meals.
