The rooms were clean. Had a parking spot right in front of the door so no needing to pay for street parking, or worrying about your car being towed. Has a full size washer and dryer in the bedroom for ease of access. Host was absolutely amazing had one issue while I was there and the host immediately took care of it. Will recommend this place to anyone who needs a home away from home. Oh can’t forget it’s literally steps from the beach.

We spent a week at Mary’s cottage. This property was in an ideal location. Just a few houses back from the beach. Mary was very easy to get in touch with and very receptive. The inside was immaculate and a great size for 1 or 2 people. There is a pullout couch but any more than 2 people would be very tight. If you’re looking for coffee or reusable water bottles to take to the beach make sure you bring your own. There is a large hard cooler and small styrofoam one for your use and a propane grill. 15 minute walk to shops, restaurants, and pier either by road or beach. Would definitely stay there again!

This is a tiny house but the location is perfection! Not far from the beach and shops and several amazing restaurants were within walking distance. It was just the two of us so the tiny house was spacious enough. The bed was not very comfortable but it worked. All in all, I can’t complain. We very much so enjoyed our time here.

Loved the location to the beach and to the local restaurants. We did not rent a car as we knew we were just wanting a relaxing getaway. The place was perfect for my husband and myself. It would be great for a couple with two younger kids as they could sleep on the pull out couch. Our bed was comfortable, shower had great pressure, it was clean and we loved having beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler!

Highly recommend-would stay again!

This location was great. If you don't have many people or need much space, this is perfect. I especially like that the beach chairs, beach toys and beach towels were available for us to use. I would definitely stay again!

This was a great place for a quick getaway. The proximity to the beach is so convenient! The rental was clean and had everything we needed. Located on a quiet street but close enough to walk to Pier 60, shopping, and restaurants. Definitely plan to stay here again on our next trip!
