The Space:

Fresh, light, airy, bright, relaxing, contentment, and peaceful are all words you'll be using to describe this remarkable condo when telling your friends about your Branson trip! We're confident the excellent location, well equipped kitchen, premium beds, quality bedding/linens/towels, well stocked bathrooms, and soft furniture will have you completely satisfied in your choice of stay. With the location being only 1.5 miles to the Branson strip, 2 miles to Table Rock Lake (Moonshine Beach), and 4.5 miles to Silver Dollar City, there is no better place to be! We invite you to come experience this fully remodeled space! Don't forget, Comfort Cottage doesn't have any stairs and is wheelchair accessible!



STOCKED ITEMS

All of our properties are stocked with a starter kit for toiletries and kitchen supplies. We aim to meet the essentials for your stay, but anything beyond what is listed below (or if you plan to have a large group/long stay) you will need to provide for your stay.

Kitchen: Coffee, Sugar, Coffee Filters, Salt and Pepper, Potholders, Dish soap, Dishwasher pods, Hand Soap, Kitchen Hand towels and dishcloths, Paper towels, Trash Bags

Toiletries: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Hand Soap, Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash bags, Make up wipes, Deodorizer spray, Tissue.

All linens will be provided as well as laundry detergent.



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Master bedroom - King size bed (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom 3 - King size bed (Sleeps 2)

Living Room - Sofa Bed



Guest Access:

**Parking: No trailers, boats, jet skis, campers, motorhomes, etc. can be parked in the complex. They will be ticketed and towed by The Vineyards HOA.



The Neighborhood:

Such a great location to access EVERYTHING Branson. Located off a main by-pass road to avoid traffic, up the hill from Table Rock Lake (2 miles), just off of the Branson Strip (1.5 miles), down the road from Silver Dollar City (4.5 Miles) and taking 165 to Fall creek will get you to Branson Landing. You will not regret this location for sure!



**The seasonal outdoor pool at this location is maintained by The Vinyards Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly and diligently to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.

**Seasonal Outdoor pool is typically open from Memorial day to Labor day, this is an approximate timeframe and is managed by the Vineyards HOA.

**Pool hours are 9am - 10pm.
