Hombre Guest House in beautiful Arizona

1 bedroom/1bathroom with full kitchen and living room; 900 sqft livable space, stand alone guest house, not attached to the main house. It is out in the San Tan Mountain/Queen Creek area, very quiet, with star gazing at night! Close to Phoenix for night entertainment. Local events; Cardinals football, spring training baseball, Diamondbacks, Coyotes hockey and plenty of golfing, hiking, and lakes close by. Can not access the adjacent/main back yard. If trespassing, you will forfeit deposit. This dwelling is 40ft away from main house with its own roofline
Refundable $150.00 deposit if no damage or extra cleaning is needed. $50.00 cleaning fee per stay.
All unusual activity is subject to immediate expulsion.

This home was perfect! Rural feel with mountains in view but close to everything you would want or need. Super quite neighborhood, check in was so easy and host was so nice! It was nice, clean, and really roomy for 2 people. Has a really nice sized, modern kitchen. Had everything we needed, especially glad about the washer and dryer! Less to pack, and you don't come back from a trip with dirty laundry. With the way it is set up and the size, it did NOT feel like a guest house, it felt like its own little house. We will definitely be back, and I've already told my mom about it for the next time she travels to the Phoenix area.

From cold to warm

Getting away from MN winter for a few days. Beautiful place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Close to San Tan regional park for hiking. Nice patio to enjoy your morning coffee or winding down at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked this last minute trip they day before arriving, with no plan in place. We were so pleased with the location, which was just minutes from the San Tan Mountain trails. The guest house was perfect for us. The area was so quiet and away from city noise. We would definitely stay here again.
