Ocean Magic

We all enjoyed our trip to Kennebunkport and especially to be able to share your beautiful home on the ocean. Paradise!!

The best house in the best location possible. Owner is excellent communicator and really cares about the stay of her guests. The house is beautiful but so so comfortable and welcoming. We have gone there twice now and plan to go back again!!!

Amazing beach house on Mother’s beach

The beach house was perfect for our family reunion/canadian Thanksgiving. Great well maintained property that sleeps 18 perfectly. Lots of space and the house has everything you will need. Olivia and Patrick were so easy to communicate with. Couldn’t recommend it more!!

Fabulous place for a family getaway

We spent a long weekend for a family reunion and found the place to have absolutely everything we could want. The location is right on the water. The house has plenty of comfortable bedrooms, a lovely sun room porch facing the water and a cozy living room. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining room is ample on size for family gatherings. We highly recommend this place.

Kennebunk Beach House

House came as exactly as ‘advertised’ - beautiful location. Communication with hosts was perfect. Plenty of linen, towels etc. plenty of hot water for all. BBQ, TV in perfect working order. Comfortable beds. Great time had by all. Would book again@ 100%

Gorgeous Setting

Plenty of room for our family, lots of hot water even on the 4th level! Fully equipped kitchen so very easy to make meals, beautiful sunny front porch, so close to the beach and playground. We loved being there in November without large crowds and letting the kids run freely on the beach- beautiful home and both owners and property managers prompt and accommodating

What a great beach house!

Everything was just perfect at the beach house in Kennebunk! I would love to come back! Our family had a really special time. Everything was just as the photos portrayed. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone! The view was really magnificent too! Sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking!

Beach house

The view was just stunning… we spent a lot of time in the front because the view was spectacular. We had a great ping pong tournament and really enjoyed sitting around and enjoying each other. The house was unique and comfortable. Shops were close by and offered great pieces.

Cottage by the sea

I was very pleased to be able to rent a cottage that until recently had been in my family for over 100 years. I spent summers there with my family as a youngster and was happy to see the new decor but in other ways the same as I remembered. The view of the ocean , the beach right in front and sound of waves at night were wonderful

241 Beach Ave “Heaven”

Easy entry even in the evening. Instructions were great. Plenty of options to ensure appropriate house temperature. Spacious and beds were very comfortable. Great washer and dryers plural. Best view around. The chairs in the front yard make people envious for sure. Will be staying again.

This house is beautiful. Much effort has been put into thoughtful updates while maintaining the original charm. The location is perfect. The owners were friendly and responsive. The house had everything we needed and more. We hope to rent again for our next family gathering. It really was perfection.

Family house on the Beach

There are 4 children and 6 adults in our family . We enjoyed being close to the ocean and loved sitting on the porch. One of our adult sons fished from the rocks. and it was convenient to walk across the street to the beach with chairs and sand toys. Also, it was a beautiful neighborhood to walk or run.

Beautiful home and perfect location!

We had a group of ten adults and plenty of bedrooms to go around and plenty of space for children that we don’t have! The dining and living space were perfect for game nights and the front deck offered gorgeous views of the ocean. There is a beach right across the street and we sat on the beach around the corner that had a larger beach area and lifeguard. The entire group loved the home, we’d love to visit again in the future! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home in a great location

The house was absolutely amazing. It was so big and full of character. There were 7 of us who stayed there and there was more than enough room for us to spread out. The house is on the beach and the views were fantastic. The hosts were very helpful in providing us information about places to eat and means of transportation. That said, I would recommend renting a car. We were there in the off season and ubers and other ride-share services were spotty.

Fantastic Family Getaway

From 3 to 66 years of age this Kennebunkport beach front house was absolutely beautiful for all ages to enjoy! The house is well appointed with everything a large multigenerational family needs to enjoy the beach during the winter! Games, views, locations to nearby restaurants and activities including ice skating made for fun family winter fun! Olivia the owner was so responsive to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this home for a great family getaway any time of the year! Our grandkids want to go back to this home again next winter!! 😁

Friends trip

Amazing location and beautiful home! Many homes along Beach Ave do not have a usable beach directly across the street, but this one does and its and its gorgeous. The group had a blast sitting in the sunroom, playing cads, even taking a ploar bear plunge in the ocean (40 degrees)! Highly recommend the house to other large groups
