The cottage is ideally situated within close walking distance to the main street of wallaroo and the jetty. Perfect for family getaways or a group of friends this cottage will comfortably house up to 8 guests.

1 bathroom with shower and a separate toilet
Lounge room with air conditioning, large TV and a selection of games/DVDs
Dining room with 6 seater table, which could be extended to seat 8
Large kitchen including a fridge/freezer, electric oven and cooktop, microwave, pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster and plenty of cookware, crockery and cutlery
Outdoor space including undercover dining table and BBQ, and a fish cleaning station
Laundry with washing machine, large clothes line in backyard

The backyard is fully enclosed with a gate, perfect for keeping dogs and children safe. Also allows for up to 4 cars to be parked securely.

As well as air-conditioning to the main lounge, portable heaters and coolers supplied for bedrooms

Guest access;
Guests have full access to the property, except for the 2 larger locked sheds and small locked room located at the back of the house.

The cottage is located right near the heart of Wallaroo, meaning you can leave your car behind to access a lot of Wallaroo’s attractions by foot;
