Featuring a desirable south-facing private pool and spa, five king bedrooms, family-friendly bunk and twin sleeping arrangements, and accommodations for up to 16 guests, this 3,812-square-foot vacation home provides the space and flexibility large families and groups appreciate.

Located approximately 12 miles from Walt Disney World and approximately 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, the home offers convenient access to Orlando's famous attractions while giving your group a private place to relax, swim, and spend time together between adventures.

One of the home's biggest highlights is the private south-facing pool and spa. The desirable south-facing orientation is ideal for guests hoping to make the most of the Florida sunshine around the pool throughout the day.

Start the morning with coffee on the screened lanai, enjoy an afternoon swim between theme park adventures, or return after a busy day at Walt Disney World and relax beside the water. The spacious pool deck and outdoor patio furniture provide a comfortable gathering area where everyone can enjoy the Florida weather together.

The adjoining private spa offers another place to unwind beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.

The home's eight-bedroom configuration is especially well suited to multi-family vacations and larger groups. Five king bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping accommodations for adults and couples, including two king ensuite bedrooms conveniently located downstairs.

Upstairs, three additional king bedrooms provide even more adult sleeping space. Two of the upstairs king bedrooms share Jack-and-Jill bathroom arrangements with bunk and twin bedrooms, creating convenient family groupings for parents traveling with children.

Three upstairs bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements designed with younger guests and larger families in mind. Two of these rooms each feature a bunk bed and an additional twin bed for three twin sleeping spaces per room, while another bedroom includes two bunk beds for two twin sleeping spaces.

ChampionsGate Golf Club features two premier 18-hole championship courses designed by accomplished golfer and architect Greg Norman and is open to the public. The International Course is designed around scenic natural wetlands and features long carries, deep pot bunkers, tall grass-topped dunes, and large undulating greens. The National Course offers a classic Florida resort-style golf experience featuring naturally rolling Central Florida terrain, spring-fed lakes, bunker-protected fairways and greens, and smaller, challenging putting surfaces. Golf amenities may include GPS-equipped golf cars, valet parking, tees, pre-round practice balls for qualifying morning rates, club service, and overnight bag storage, subject to the golf club's current rates, policies, and availability. An initial starter supply of essential items is provided, including toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and one tall kitchen garbage bag.
