Listing is a bit creative with photos to make the accommodations look much nicer than they were. In effect, an old bunkhouse hidden amongst live and dead shrubbery.
This is a rustic homestead cabin with a comfortable bed, nice linens, and a great soaking tub. We were able to cook most of our meals there. Host was responsive & friendly. Convenient location to access the town of Glasgow & fishing on Fort Peck. We enjoyed meeting Arnold as we missed our own dogs. We would definitely re-book.
Son and I stayed several nights on a deer hunting trip in the fall. A perfect home base for our activities. Host was very accommodating and welcoming. Cabin was clean, warm, and accurately depicted/described. Would like to return during the summer season.
We stayed here and fished on Fort Peck reservoir. It was an easy drive to the lake and close to town as well. There were just 2 of us so there was plenty of room and a big spot to park my truck and trailer. We would definitely stay here again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at the cabin. We were here for our first east side hunting trip and a much needed vacation!
We didn’t get to see much of the actual property or outside of the cabin due to us coming in after dark and leaving before sunrise every day of the trip. We were greeted by a shy pup (Arnold) that warmed up to us pretty quickly. As dog people, we loved having him greet us daily.
The bed was pretty firm for us so we did sleep on the hide-a bed.
Everything we needed to cook and clean was all set up for us, but we mainly ate out for dinners and would be gone hunting for breakfast and lunches.
We loved the antique homestead feel to this cabin, it reminded me so much of my great grandparents home that I grew up playing in.
I would definitely stay here again!
This was an awesome little getaway for my husband and I! The cabin is small & cozy, perfect for us! Would definitely recommend this place. We would stay again over a hotel in a heartbeat!

Fantastic Hosts, Nice Country Setting
Quiet, cozy country setting just outside of town. Very accessible to local amenities as well as highways for further travel. Lots of outdoor space for kids to play, and our whole family enjoyed daily meals and relaxation on the screened-in porch. Cabin is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with basic cookware, dishes, and some pantry essentials (including coffee!). During our extended stay, we really appreciated the ability to prepare and eat simple meals in.
Hosts are extremely helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Wonderful hospitality! We enjoyed our time here and are looking forward to returning again soon.
