Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille dans cette très belle maison et ce malgré la pluie. La décoration, le confort ainsi que les équipements de la maison ont très largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Un bonus également par rapport à l'emplacement et à la proximité du lac.

Un séjour exceptionnel apprécié par toute la famille.

Très belle et grande maison, très bien décorée intérieurement, fonctionnelle et agréable à vivre. Avec une grande terrasse et un jardin bien entretenus. Située au pied de massifs montagneux et à proximité immédiate du lac d'Annecy dont les eaux limpides invitent à la baignade (on s'est baignés le jour de la Toussaint). Nous avons pu randonner dans cet admirable cadre naturel en partant à pied de la maison. La personne qui nous a accueillis est particulièrement aimable et disponible. Nous remercions vivement les propriétaires qui nous ont ouvert leur belle maison de famille en toute confiance.

Séjour en famille inoubliable!

Tout d'abord, un grand merci à la famille Boucher qui nous a laissé sa maison de vacances pendant une semaine. Je ne peux que recommander cette superbe maison pour ces raisons : La localisation est parfaite! A 5 min à pieds du lac et à 5 min du centre du village. A 2 minutes des tennis. La maison est spacieuse. Nous étions jusqu'à 12 adultes sans se marcher les uns sur les autres. La maison était hyper propre. Elle est moderne tout en étant charmante. Le jardin et la terrasse sont très confortables pour dîner ou se reposer dans les canapés d’extérieur. Le quartier est très calme. La vue est imprenable sur les montagnes. la décoration est très raffinée. NOUS AVIONS VRAIMENT L'IMPRESSION D’ÊTRE A LA MAISON. Bref, cette maison est parfaite.

Wonderful Winter Stay!

We rented this lovely family home for 2.5 months over Winter and had the most amazing stay. The house is spacious, beautifully appointed and accommodated our families well. The house came with everything required for a most comfortable stay. The location is also fantastic - a short walk up into the village and the lake at the end of the street. Menthon is one of pretties villages on the lake. The owners were very friendly and easy to deal with when organising our stay and once we were in Menthon, the property manager Olivier was always available for any queries - he was a very helpful and friendly host who helped us out on many occasions during our extended stay. We highly recommend this holiday home and the lovely village of Menthon St Bernard.

Amazing stay in beautiful house

We had a terrific vacation in this beautiful house just minutes walk to the lake and to the village. It's the 3rd year we spend in Annecy and this is by far our favorite house. Everything was clean, well kept and easy to use for a big family. The customer service was great, wifi worked perfectly and even though we stayed many people together the rooms were well isolated for noise and everyone slept well. The garden is beautiful as well and we just wished we could stay longer :) We hope to be back next year!

Amazing house and location - even better than advertized on VRBO

There is absolutely nothing that I would change about the 9 days that my friends, family and I spent in this splendid property! The house is lovely, tastefully decorated, large and contains everything that one would need to spend an easy and relaxing vacation. The garden is incredible - gorgeously designed with flowers and different sitting areas. In addition to being able to view the beautiful surrounding mountains and parasailing from the comfortable lounge chairs in the yard, if one goes to the house in July, you can also pick raspberries from the many bushes! The owners are incredibly accommodating and generous and are a pleasure to work with. This is a property that begs one to come back year after year both because of what the location offers and because of the absolute comfort of the house.

Relaxing lake and ski holiday

A lovely house in a very convenient location between lakeside and shops. Two active families shared the house very comfortably and had a lovely holiday. We skied on the good skiing days and cycled/ran around the lake on other days. We enjoyed trying the local cheeses and fresh, unpasteurised milk from Le Farto. We also had great help from the local contact.
