The apartment is located at the top of the Allées Jean Jaurès "future ramblas of Toulouse", in a quiet area but close to the City Center (15 'walk from Place Wilson, 5' walk from Matabiau station (terminus of the airport shuttle) ), Marengo metro, and buses.

Very bright, on the ground floor of a Toulousaine, the apartment has its own entrance on a quiet street.
It includes two rooms, a living / dining room, and a separate bedroom.
Double exposure: south / west, north / east (the bedroom window overlooking a small planted courtyard).
