About this property

An extremely cozy holiday home for a large family or a group of friends, we have space (beds) for up to 18 people and a baby (cot).
All rooms have new air conditioning, newly installed for the best comfort of the guests. We are 350 meters (two blocks) from the requested beach of Itapema - Meia Praia, very close to all points of interest in the region.

The space
With many m² of internal space, a table for 12 people gathered and more tables for games.
Living room with 3 large sofas, a 32 inch TV and a pool table / table tennis.
Now the house has air conditioning in all bedrooms, allowing for a great night's sleep. And in the living areas we have several fans and a very airy and comfortable environment.
Garage for 4 cars / SUV and the best security in the region, with high walls and security fences.

Guest access
It is a townhouse and the entire lower part of the property is available to guests (as the owners live in it, 3 people and 3 more dogs). Guests have 4 parking spaces.

Other observations
We have a fish pond and a pond with birds. They are available for admiration.
Remembering that the owners live in the upper part of the house (3 people), but we do not interact because they are separate environments.
