Incredible water front house on Lake Martin! Flat 2 acre lot. Near Auburn!

BEAUTIFUL 5 BR, 3 BATH lake house. What we love most about the house is its location! The house is a few short minutes from”big” water yet in a quiet slough, allowing you to swim without concern of boat congestion. The house sleeps 14 and is on a private, flat, 2 acre lot offering plenty of room for parking. The large, covered, lakeside porch offers stunning views-wonderful for family time. Large TV located on covered porch for great movie nights and watching football games The covered boathouse offers relaxation with two bed swings and an extra covered boat slip. Night times are amazing here! You can sit under the stars and enjoy the fire pit to roast marshmallows. The house has been completely remodeled and has a gorgeous interior. It is close to many popular restaurants(Oskars, Niffer’s , Chuck’s Pizza, The Landing and more). The house is an easy 10 minute drive to Still Waters golf course and a quick 30 min drive to Auburn University. Need to relax, this is the place!

Lovely, secluded location for celebrating my daughter‘s graduation from the University of Auburn. About 35 minutes north of campus, and roomy enough to fit 10 people comfortably. The master has its own bath, as does one other bedroom, and the rest of the three bedrooms share the third bathroom down the hall, which was a little awkward, but we made it work. The house was beautifully appointed, and the view of the lake cannot be beat. Fire pit for family s’mores on the back lawn, plus multiple seating areas: ample space on the back porch to grill and eat, covered porch with generous swinging sofas near the water, where we watched our younger kids enjoy paddling on the canoe and kayak, and an open dock with lounge chairs, where we watched the stars at night. Our host was very accommodating and communicated well throughout the process. She made a special trip before we arrived to make sure that we had everything we needed, including board games and propane for the grill. A memorable weekend with family in a magical location. Highly recommend.

A wonderful hideaway

We absolutely loved this location. It is located in a cove and allowed for calm waters to kayak and canoe. The house itself was beautiful and well maintained.

We rented this lake home as a senior trip getaway for our family and along with another family. The property was very clean and decorated so nicely! Beautiful Property

We had a great family getaway to Lake Martin! The house was clean and very private. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and relaxing after a day on the water. The house is conveniently located to many nearby restaurants and a Dollar General for any items you may have forgotten. Beautiful property!

Best vacation!

This property was the perfect spot for our group! It was spotless, tastefully decorated, functional layout and very well stocked! We had 7 kids and 4 adults and everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in. The cove is the absolute best spot for kayaking, paddleboarding and swimming. We will definitely be back!
