The management uses "Minut" noise sensors in its properties to ensure you and your neighbours' safety.
If you require car parking, we will be pleased to offer you instructions on how to access a designated car park within the building with a height clearance of 2.0m. Parking costs $15 per day.
There is only one AC in the apartment, which is in the living room. Additional pedestal fan can be provided in the bedroom upon request.
We offer free cleaning of the apartment (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance.
All bookings require a $500 bond to cover any damage caused to the property. The Security Bond will only be released after full inspection of the property upon check out. This is to confirm there has been no damage to the property, no missing items and no excessive cleaning is required.
To help keep our prices as low as possible, we make up the beds according to the number of guests booked.
1-2 guests > 1 queen bed
3-4 guests > 1 queen bed + sofa bed set up in the living room
If you require extra bedding, there is a small fee to cover the cost of linen ($10).
