For your safety and that of your family, our management company "Dunes Property management" has defined cleaning and disinfection using the strictest hygiene and biosafety controls in all areas of the Condominium. The floor of the living room and dining room has been recently remodeled by ceramics, which makes it more comfortable.

The keyless entry allows guests to access the unit with a code, offering levels of security since it does not require contact with other people.

The Resort is well situated for all attractions, Disney is 2 miles awway, Golf, shopping, within two miles, and the Florida sun awaits. Walmart is a 5 minute drive from all your essentials.

Windsor Hills is a gated resort offering a clubhouse, with Swimming Pool, Hot Tub & Water Park, fitness center, Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball, Ping Pong, tot lot, game room, DVD rental and ATM. For your convenience the social area offers a market place and cyber coffe.

Welcome to Windsor Hills Family Disney Adventure, a place to relax with on-site amenities for your convenience. Our second floor unit has 3 bedrooms, King Master, a Queen bed and 2 full size Mickey themed beds (2 people can share in each bed). Plus 2 bathrooms, full kitchen with all implements, laundry room, living room with dining table and a balcony for morning coffee.

The unit is pet free and non-smoking which guests are requested to observe. All Linens & Towels are provided.

Each Guest will have a coded access as the unit is keyless for security.
A pass is provided for each car upon registration inside the entrance gate, three cars are admitted and two more upon authorization. IDs are required and are verified upon arrival.

Garbage is collected daily. Details are in the Unit Directory for Guests to read, along with Resort Rules and Amenities for their enjoyment. Keyless entry enables guests to access the unit with a code.
