Spacious and bright 40m2 studio fully equipped on the 4th floor in a residential building with elevator. Beautiful terrace overlooking the Black Forest and the Vosges. It is 5 minutes walk from downtown. Possibility of parking in front of the building.
The main room is equipped with a bed of 1,40m, a sofa, a coffee table, a wardrobe, a color TV Sony HD 26 "
The kitchen was redone in February 2016.
It includes 1 table with 4 chairs, a fridge (with a freezer), a microwave oven, a sink, 3 ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster , a pressure cooker, kettle and all the useful crockery.
At your disposal: vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, bucket, mop, cleaning products.
The bathroom has a bath with shower, sink, two cabinets, a towel, a hair dryer, a drying room and a washing machine.
The toilet is separated.
A French door leads to the terrace equipped with garden furniture and a parasol.
We freely your high chair and cot available.
Sheets, towels and house are provided.
Optional cleaning: 40 €
Rate is for 2 people. We ask a supplement of € 20 per additional person.
Pets allowed: 20 € the week.

It was a lovely appartment, well situated - a quick walk into the old town, a supermarket round the corner. We were there for the Christmas markets so it was a nice easy walk into town. There was a coffee machine with coffee pods, a fully functional kitchen - dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hob, microwave. Separate toilet and bathroom, washing machine, also a terrace with table and chairs. The owner very kindly picked us up from the station, and also dropped us back again at the end of our stay which was so kind. All good! Would recommend.

Robert and Annie were very generous hosts. Even picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. Apartment was a short walk from the old city centre and was quiet and private. Would stay again!

Quiet, quaint little apartment which was all that was required for our long weekend in Colmar. The owners are amazing and could not do enough for us before and during our stay. A lovely christmas retreat that we wish we could do every year.

Lovely stay in Colmar

We had a lovely stay in the apartment which was a great base for exploring the area and only a short walk into Colmar itself. The hosts were very friendly. We especially loved the balcony views of Colmar, the Vosges and towards the Black Forest. Sitting on the balcony having breakfast and dinner was thoroughly enjoyable.

The apartment is kind of a studio with separate kitchen. 10 minutes walk from the city centre in a quiet area. The apartment was simple and a bit old fashioned but with all amenities needed. The host was very keen and pick us up from the train station by car.

Good quiet location

Clean & comfortable while being a bit outdated. No basics supplied, so if cooking or wanting a cuppa, bring everything. The hosts gave some lovely biscuits. The location is good, 15min walk into the historic part of Colmar, was a good base for driving to other locations, there’s paid parking or if lucky might chance a free one. Doesn’t have WIFI, something overlooked when booking property.

Winter Stay for Christmas Markets

Close to old town and Christmas markets. No spices (salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil etc) provided as staples for cooking. Apartment was cold but it was colder outside. Bed is a futon and very uncomfortable. No internet. Hosts were nice. Would have been nice to have a full roll of toilet papier for 4 nights.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Nous avons ôté le sel, poivre etc ..lors du covid. Nous allons en remettre. Il y a toujours un rouleau de papier wc à votre arrivée. La température dans l'appartement est de 20 degrés et vous avez toujours la possibilité d'augmenter les thermostats des radiateurs. Vous n'avez pas mentionné qu'on vous a cherché et ramené à la gare en voiture. Joyeux Noël 🎅

Never met a nicer host! Robert picked us up at the train station and took us to the apartment. He explained everything and then ensured we had his number in case of any issues. Neither have I ever stayed at either a hotel or apartment that was cleaner. The apartment has brand new flooring and painting. The kitchen looks like a new remodel with all the appliances and utensils needed. We prepared and ate several meals there. It was during Christmas Market and it was very cold outside but the apartment stayed perfectly warm, in fact we had to open the windows on some occasions. It has a washing machine and clothes dried on a rack overnight. We did not get to enjoy the patio due to the weather, but it would have been nice during the spring and fall. The apartment is in a apartment residential block and is about a 10-15 minute walk to the central city. We are in our 70's so it was about 12-15 minutes for us. Great city, great apartment, and great host! He even met and took us back to the train station when we left. Awesome. Merry Christmas, Robert and family.
