Host ghosted me- I contacted her numerous times through VRBO, call, voicemail, and text, and she never responded so I was unable to check in due to lack of information. I had to make alternative, last minute accommodations due to host unresponsiveness, which VRBO Customer Support was extremely helpful with.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Trash didn't even stay because the host cancelled 20mins after my checkin when I was already there. Had to fork out another $400 because I was stuck on the phone with Expedia and VRBO for 5 hrs to end up still not finding a place to stay or being able to rebook my stay which didn't honor the travelers insurance I paid for. Won't ever use that package deal stuff again.
