In the heart of Wine country with direct access to the bike trail, a few steps away. Walk or bike into downtown Yountville!

Main house is 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths & 1/2 powder room. Full kitchen, laundry and living area. Opens up to outdoor eating area.

Pool House has a living area, kitchenette, 1 queen bedroom, full bathroom & laundry.

The house & pool house, sit in an acre of land in a very quiet & accessible area. Across the street from the bike trail.

Pool is a dipping pool and when pool house doors are open, you can watch TV from 75" TV for games etc.
